You're sitting on such a massive opportunity to create so much content from one graphic. And I see you, all of you grab graphics and then post them up or send them to clients and that's all you do with it. I'm going to run one graphic by you. Just we're going to talk about this because it's a podcast, it's a show, so you're not going to see it visually. But imagine Breakthrough Broker, which I go to probably almost every day, you grab a graphic from there. The one I'm thinking about is a graphic. That's the seller roadmap. Most of you have seen it. It's a roadmap that goes through multiple steps. In this case, let's say 11 steps for a seller to be able to get their home ready for sale. And I see you share this on email, I see it on social, or any graphic for that matter. Now here's the opportunity, right? You have the opportunity to create content that connects with people and brings them into your world. Here's how you do it. First, I'm Tristan. This is your daily real estate. It's a podcast, it's a show, five minutes about every day on things you should be doing for your business, to grow it, to get more business. Sometimes I talk about mindset, sometimes about AI. Let's get into it today. Today the idea is to take one graphic that has information and then build more from it, whether it's a simple PDF or an actual graphic, like I said from Breakthrough Broker, and expand on it to make it an article, a short, or even a carousel. Here are your opportunities. Let's take this seller roadmap that you all have seen and if not, just type in seller roadmap on Google. You'll see it. What's a seller roadmap for? Selling a home or getting it ready to sell a home. Easy. You're going to take that graphic and you're going to input it into AI. Once you have it in AI, say, hey, from this graphic, make me a relevant article for my audience. Who's your audience? Put it in there. First time home buyers, sellers, whoever it is. Because sometimes they're like, well, if we're going to buy a home, what if we want to sell it? What does that look like? Right? Or if it's their first time selling, or if they're upgrading or you're in luxury, what does this look like for you? Who's your audience? So say hey, chatgpt, Claude Gemini, from this graphic, create an article for me in natural language that outlines the process just like this. And I can use it in my blog, on my website, on Substack, wherever this is. And also do me a favor and have an FAQ at the bottom because through FAQ is how you grab the attention of Google so it becomes snippets. So when people search in those areas, right, Malibu, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, wherever you are, make sure to include the area so it's local. Now once you have the article outlined, now you're going to go in and you're going to modify it, add your piece. That's one. So you got a graphic, now you have an article. Next what you're going to do is then say, well, I guess I can make a short video from this. Okay, AI, do me a favor, create a transcript that's 60 seconds, 90 seconds long from this. In fact, you could probably create a few if it's 11 steps to selling your home or getting it ready, right? So maybe it's three, maybe it's four. Create four short videos for me from this and make them continuous and use natural language. That way I can copy paste it into it into an actual teleprompter. All right, now you've got it ready to go. And where are you going to put it? Well, you're going to put on Instagram, you're going to put it on TikTok, you're going to put it on YouTube, shorts, LinkedIn, you're going to put it everywhere. Okay, so now that's, you got the graphic, you've got the article, you've got short videos. Now you're going to say, well make a long video from this, make it a 10 minute video and make it for my city, the city of Thousand Oaks, the city of Westlake Village, the city of Malibu, wherever you are, make it pertinent then. Now you've got this video because you're going to say, well give me the transcript so I can read it. Or if you don't like transcripts, give me an outline so I can read it. And then you could go to the area and then shoot it there. Or you can sit in front of a computer like this and shoot it here. You're just going to have to add B roll to it, right? And you can go to, you can go to the software app called Descript D, E, S, C R, I, P T, I think Descript, something like that. And you could just have it edited there. It's really easy to edit on that one. Or you can go to Capcut, like I do, edit it there. And add some B roll. Now it takes time. Or you can have your virtual assistant do it. That would probably be the easiest. Right, okay, so now you got a short video and a long video and you've got an article. Next you're going to have it say, well now AI create a carousel post for me on this and create a graphic so that I can use it on TikTok, so I can use it. And yes, you can use graphics there so I can use it on Instagram, so I can use it on Facebook, so I can use it on LinkedIn. And give me the description as well so I can use it there. All right, great. This is getting better. Now on top of that, because you can design on Canva too. Now make me an email newsletter from this because I'm also going to use that graphic in an email newsletter. So now you've taken. And look, it's going to require some investment of time on this, but if you do this, I would say it takes a total of about three hours in a week. You've built out your whole content for the week, plus a little bit more because you're going to get some ideas from this and you're going to be like, what about this? What about this? More importantly, it lives online, especially if it's value driven. And you did FAQs, you have that long form video because it's YouTube now it's connected to Google. And now once you have all this ready to go, don't forget to upload it to. Oh, there you go. That was me. That was a reminder. I have a, I have a time on this so I don't go over because I've been going over, we've been going 10, 15 minutes. So we've shortened them. Right? But now it's a reminder for you to say, well, maybe I should also put it on my Google business profile. Right, don't forget about that. Update those daily. So now you've got Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, ChatGPT is crawling through now because you have relevant content, answering frequently asked questions, you've got X and then throw it everywhere else. Those are the six most visited websites in the world. Throw in Reddit as well if you want to ask questions. There, you're done. See, this is how you have to start thinking. One piece of content going to create a lot more opportunities for you. You, you just have to sit with it longer because it's very powerful. Have an awesome day.
