So this is episode 691, running a raffle for the holidays. And this came from a previous episode that I got this idea from, from myself from about seven, eight episodes ago, I don't know, just last week, week before, I want to go over running a raffle for the holidays. So Thanksgiving, Christmas, you can run this anytime. But the idea is to connect with people so you get more referrals. Right? That's the whole purpose for this. So I've got some rules. I've got 1, 2, 3, 9, 9, 10 simple things. It's a process. And if you need this document, it's episode 691. I'm Tristan. This is your daily real estate. It's a podcast. It's a show goes on every single day, five to 10 minutes so that you can get better in real estate. Here we go. Official rules, Thanksgiving, slash holiday real estate raffle. Number one is eligibility. This I put in here, I put open to residents of. And then your city, your state, your county, whatever you want who are 18 years or older. No purchase or real estate transaction is required to enter to win. And then I put also employees, partners or family members of your brokerage, your team. Whatever you want are not eligible. That's easy. Number one. Number two, how to enter. This one is super simple, but I designed it this way on purpose because I want as many people to participate as possible. How to enter? You can earn entries in two simple ways. Number one, complete or update your contact information using the entry form. Pretty easy, right? Like it? Now, the other way. If you want five entries. Well, if you refer someone to me, each person you refer who's thinking about buying, selling, or investing in real estate gives you five extra entries. There's no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. So listen, you can send me as many referrals as you want, and every time you send me a referral, it is five entries. This is for the Thanksgiving and holiday estate raffle. If you're listening on YouTube or the podcast, please message me on Instagram and let me know what episode this was. Because the other one happens automatically. This one I actually have to Send. It's episode 691. All right, number three, entry period. The raffle begins, and then, you know, you can put whatever date you want. I have, for example, November 1, 2025. It ends on November 25 or December 1. Whatever you want. It could go on for two weeks. You go on for the whole month. Just put date and time. Very important. I learned that the hard Way. Yes, I run this before. Number four, the best part of this, the prize. Prize details. One winner will receive $500 or $1,000 Visa gift card wherever you want, right? Amount to be stated before raffle launch. So listen, you could do a tv, you could do an iPad, you can do an iPhone, you can do whatever you want. What I would suggest is what's worked well for me are three prizes. You have the grand prize and then you have second prize and third prize. And usually because it's going in for the holidays, it's December, right. You want to make sure that it's some type of a gift card or something that can be maybe given or used to buy a other things for people because they want to use it to buy goodies. Right. So that's why it works really well. Prize is non transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other substitute. Important that you say that. Right? And look, all of this, once you get this, this episode691 put it into chatgpt because I just outlined the things that we've done. So put this into ChatGPT and have it outlined fully. Decide on the prize and you'll have a lot of fun. Number 5. All eligible entries will be entered into a random drawing. The drawings will take place on put whenever the date and then winner announcement date, whatever that is. Winner will be contacted directly by phone and email. I don't, I don't have my winners or the announcement of my winners. I don't demand that everyone be there to listen in to watch if they won't. I let everybody know it's going to happen and then we draw. Right. And then you can be present. Maybe we'll do it. And you know what? I haven't done this. But now here's another thought for me. If we would do the live drawing and live stream it into our Facebook group for our past clients or sphere from a coffee shop, like the local coffee shop. Everybody come in. We do the pick a time that it's slower for them. Interesting. Could get coffee for everybody. Oh man. Now I'm thinking, all right, that I might add to it. Anyway, winner selection. You decide how you do it when you do it. Number six, odds of winning. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Referrals increase your chances but don't guarantee a win. Right. Number seven, publicity. By entering participants agree that your name, your team name may announce your name. Like you, you actually like me. Tristan and associates may announce the winner's first name and city publicly on social media, email, website and share photos for promotional purposes. That's important. In fact, I would have AI draw up a document or something that's a disclosure indicating that this is going to happen because you don't want to get in trouble. Along those lines, privacy. All contacts, information and referral details will remain confidential and used only by my team, my brokerage, for communication related to real estate, updates, markets, insights and giveaways and so forth. Number nine disclaimers this raffle is sponsored solely by. Put your name, your brokerage, whatever you're doing, whoever it is, it's not affiliated with or endorsed by and then you have to say wherever you're announcing it, Visa, Facebook, Instagram, many social platforms, or if you're giving away an Apple thing, it'd be Apple. All that good stuff. And then here's important thing. All decisions by Tristan and associates are final. This way people know. And number 10, last one, questions. For any questions about the giveaway, contact and then put your contact info and phone number and email address. Anyway, that's the idea behind it. And if you want to test this out, it does so well and you can grow your socials, you can grow more importantly to me, the possibility of gaining people that will transact because that five entries for one referral versus just giving me your name and your email and your phone number and your current address. So I have it updated in my system, right? Because I'm blasting this out to my database of 89,000 and I'm like, hey, do I not have your information? Anyway, if you need this episode 691 have an awesome day.
