Okay, this is going to be one of my favorite podcasts, just that I've done in the last couple of days because a lot of these are amazing. These are the three ChatGPT tasks, tasks that you need to set up as a real estate agent. And it needs to be done so that they show up daily, not weekly, because you can also set it up for weekly, like once a week on Saturday. I need these daily. And you're missing out on tasks. You're probably going to need this one, so message me on Instagram. Three ChatGPT tasks every real estate agent should set up daily. Number one, daily local market pulse. Have it at 6am here's the task. Ask ChatGPT to summarize what's happening in your market. So you start the day ahead of everyone else. And I, I have these numbered. That's the hack. So let's say you're going to do the daily market pulse. You prompt prompted. Here's the prompt, word for word. Give me today's real estate pulse for Malibu Picture City. Use Data from Redfin, realtor.com, zillow and social media Chatter. That's a good one. Summarize it. Summarize it into three short paragraphs that I can post or use in a 60 second video. Boom, done. Now you can expand on it, you can modify it. What I would do, once this is set, it'll say, okay, thinking. And then it'll be like, boom, it's all set. Every day at 6am I'll send you this update. I want you to go and rename it, I want you to name it, was it Daily Local Market Update. And then I want you to put a number one next to it, like the number one one dot and then the name. Because every Day, you're going to have a pattern, you're going to have a process every day in the morning you're going to be like, one, this one. Number two is the next one, which is daily social, post or video idea. Have it set for 9am or whatever time you want. And listen, if it's not this one, it can be the next one I'm going to show you. And if it's not that one, get another idea. Right, but name them and number them so you know, every day. Ah, got it. I'm going to go to 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3. I've got eight right now, eight tasks and I go 1, 2, 3. I know exactly what I'm going to do. It's a process, it's a checklist and it's amazing. Number two, have chat GPT give you one social post or video concept that mixes real estate with human connection. Your story, your lessons or your market, Whatever it is, here's the prompt. Give me one post or video or video idea that connects real estate, storytelling and lifestyle in Malibu. Pick your city, include a strong hook and main takeaway in natural language. Why? Well, consistency wins online. You've got to show up in order for people to show up too. And you've got to be consistent. Some people are like, oh, that's right, there's Joe again, man. Joe always shows up, man. Joel, look, I started that, that real estate news thing that I've been doing for two and a half months. What are we in October? So October, November, going backwards, October, September, August. I started it in August. So we're about two and a half months. Two and a half months in. People are like, tristan, thank you so much for always showing up and giving us the news. I've only been doing it two and a half months and I get those comments almost at every post, right? You have to show up and believe it or not, it's not for a long time. You just have to show up. Enough consistency will win. If you're smart about posting, if you're authentic about posting, and if you have ChatGPT and Claude and whatever help you create great content. Number three. So number three, you're gonna put a number three, you're gonna rename this and it's gonna be Daily business lessons and reflections. And this one's at 6am what do we have? 6am we got one at 6am, one at 9am and this one at 6am you can change it to 6, 15, 6:30, whatever you want, I don't care. I have all of Mine go from between 6am to 6.30am here's the task. Ask Chat GPT to teach you one short practical business lesson that you can apply directly to your real estate work. Something around mindset or leadership systems communication. Something that helps you improve as a business owner, as a real estate agent. Here's a prompt ready? I'm going to read it. Give me one short business lesson I can apply to my business today. Keep it simple and end with one reflection question that helps me think deeper. That one's powerful. You could even have this at the end of the day. I mean, do I need to explain to you why this is important? Man, this gets you right into it and it has. I have this one running every day and the times that I go and answer the prompt that it gives me the reflection question. It's powerful. I like it. I also have other I have a philosophical one that helps me journal by giving me good prompts, thoughtful deeper prompts on during the Enlightenment and Greek and Roman philosophy philosophical periods. And I'm like, hey, question me. Ask me good questions, right? But look, you can set up whatever you want. This is your world. You need to take grasp, you need to take hold of it and start using it. Because these three Chat GPT tasks are only the beginning.
