It's crazy to watch because this prompt right here, you can put it in as long as you're using AI consistently, ChatGPT or whatever you're using. And then once you put this in, it'll pull out all the information and things that you put in and then search you online and say, hey, based on what I see, you need to show up like this. So I want to share this with you. I'm Tristan. This is your daily real estate. It's podcast. It's a show, five to ten minutes every single day on something you need to be doing. And today I'm going to be showing you this one prompt I've got. Let me grab the right episode number. This way when you request it on Instagram, you got the right one. That has the best chance of reaching a wide audience and still feels true to who I am. It's got some other stuff, right? Give detail answers. Please include. Here's the cool part. Please include brand name and tagline. Okay, cool. I like this main focus or theme. Important three to five core content pillars. I need that ideal audience and why they'd connect. It's important. You need to know who you're targeting, right? Big, big piece. 10 high performing content ideas. So give me the ideas because I can shoot them. Format and style recommendation, platform breakdown. You know what's the messaging on all the platforms? YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and so forth. And what makes this brand new unique. So I put this into chat GPT. I haven't tried it on Claude, haven't tried it on Gemini, but here's what it gave me on ChatGPT5. It said brand and tagline. And this is just for me. It says the brilliant effect, which I already like. I'm like, we use the word brilliant with a brilliant tribe and everything else. Tagline. Lead with heart, build with intention. I absolutely love this. I hadn't even thought about this. I'm like, this is good, man. What's the main focus? You teach people how to lead better, whether in business, relationships or mindset, by combining strategy with soul. Oh, my God, this is really good. Your message, clarity, kindness and consistency creates influence. Not a hype over ego, man. And then core content pillars. Check this out. This one's great for me. Mindset and growth. Okay. Stoic practical lessons for modern leaders. I love it. Leadership and influence. I like it. Social media and AI mastery. Oh, I like how they built that into this. Leadership. Real estate as a mirror, obviously. I talk about real estate all the time. Community and connection. And I talk about community and community building. And then the psychology of that. I'm like, this is great. Now this was a challenge for me. I was like, Because I'm always looking for audience. Who's my audience? It says my audience. You're speaking to ambitious professionals, creators and entrepreneurs who crave success but refuse to lose their humanity along the way. That is very specific. I hadn't even thought of that. But that is my audience, typically, that I attract. And it has a lot of other stuff too. I'm like, this is great. By the way, when I'm reading this, I thought the first time I read it, I'm like, this is something I can totally do for one of our channels. In fact, I probably will. 10 high performing content ideas. This gave me a lot of great ideas here. I'm just going to read a few to you. I want to know what it gave you. That's what I really want. Because this will help you show up. Like I said, it helped my friend show up. And he went from zero, started a brand new TikTok zero to now 1300 followers in almost 60 days. And on top of that, like, thousands and thousands of views and likes. It's like and shares. It's going nuts for him. 10 high performing content ideas. Number one, the one habit that separates leaders from managers. Okay, I like that. Like, personally, I think I know what that is. Number two, if you're burned out, watch this before you quit. I like that. I like that. And it also tells me, hey, do this on YouTube or Instagram Reels, right? Grounded, emotional talk. And then it says, AI won't replace you, but lack of curiosity, Will, that's the topic. And then here's what it says. Brands blends future thinking with personal accountability. I like this. Anyway, it gives me some great other ones. Gives me format, it gives me length, pace. Hey, if you're going to do it on YouTube, go this long rhythm. And then it says the platform breakdown. How I should approach each platform. Right? On YouTube, you're teaching. This is your teaching hub. Deep dives mindset. Great stuff. I expanded TikTok quit quick hit perspective truth bombs that feel handwritten and personal. And then it gives me other things. Anyway, this also at the bottom it says, hey, I've got a 12 month content calendar for you. Let me outline it for you. Which of course I clicked yes and then started outlining it for me. I want you to use this. This one I've refined since Episode. I think it was like somewhere in the four hundreds when. Which was. Was it a year ago? It's a year ago. I've refined it since a few times and this is what I have now. I originally had this one just for YouTube to help me show up better. And now I'm like, man, you know what?
