All right, this is part three. Still on mindset, right? You, your mind and your approach to life. If you missed the other two, please watch them. It builds up to this one. Today I have part three, building a strong foundation. I've got two things under this one, and one of them is, I think, the core to everything that, that you need to be prioritizing. It's these three simple things. I'm Tristan. This is your daily real estate. It's a podcast. It's a show meant for you to help you grow, to help you grow your business, to help you maintain a positive outlook on life. Just to help you and your business. This is episode 699, 707. 01. This is part three. If you missed the other ones, go watch them. Number six, prioritize the big three mind, body, relationships. Everything flows from your mind and right? This is why we started talking about selft talk and then how you talk to others. How are you taking care of your mind? Because your mind is a lot of different things, right? Like your, your emotions, it's how you show up, your energy, it's how your. Your outlook on life. And I need you to declutter your mind because all of this is connected. Like how are you feeling? Affects number two, the body and then number three, the relationships, right? The prioritize the big three mind, body, relationships. I like to, for me personally, I like to have space where I'm protecting my mind from things that drain me. Whether it's too much media, social or traditional, too much exposure to people that drain my energy. Conversations that are negative with negative people, just natural negative people. I know when I need to take breaks and I have my limitations. So what do I do? I go and I journal. I mean, listen, let's slow down. Let's talk about journaling. You need to do it. You need to have some prompts to get to discover yourself, to understand, hey, how do I think, how should I show up? Right? So feed your mind with what lifts you higher, whatever that is. Some of you are like, man, I love going to church on Sunday or Saturday, right? Or, man, I love talking to my family. Man, I love just congregating and catching up with people in the community setting. Some of you are like, man, I just like being alone and reflecting. I love reading. I love, like we talked about yesterday, like learning podcast. Just that whatever it is, set time for it. Don't be reactive and explode and say, oh, man, I need some time off. I'm burning out. That's the opposite of what I want for you and then obviously take care of your body. Do you have time for that? When is it set? Monday, Tuesday only. Oh, wait, I forgot to work out. I forgot to walk, man, I better do that. Or is it set in your schedule where you're like, you know what? I know what I need to do. I'm going to go walking every day for 30 minutes. Or I'm going to go in, lift weights for 30 minutes on these days, and then I'm going to go hiking on these days. What does it look like? Because they're connected, right? The strong body, strong mind. Strong mind, strong body. And they help each other when one of them isn't doing well. Don't forget that. Then look at your relationships. I have written here, the people closest to you shape your energy, your decisions, and your growth. Spend time with those who challenge you in a good way, support you, and believe in who you're becoming. I didn't say surround yourself with people that pull you down all the time, that are negative, that are just draining you from energy, and look to those relationships to nurture them as well. Right? That's the key. Number seven, Create a routine that keeps you grounded. I learned this through. I solidified this through Covid, right? I had it before, but man, like that, 2020. I was like, boom, this is perfect. I was like, this is beautiful. Your habits decide where your life goes. Morning and evening routines aren't about control. They're about alignment. They help you show up as your best self before the world distracts you. And also evening routine, it helps you end the day in the right note so that you're ready for the next day. Right? Build the evening and morning routines. I have here a Warren Buffett quote. The chains of habit are too light to be felt until they are too heavy to be broken or in buffet. And so that can go the opposite, right? Opposite way. Why don't you build habits that help you become who you want to become? Because it's the same thing. The chains of habit are too light to be felt until they're too heavy to be broken. And heavy with great things. Like, I want to build habits around a morning and evening routine. I want to build habits of treating people right. I want to build habits around showing up better for people. I want to show. I want to create habits that are ingrained in gratitude. Taking care of my mind, my relationships, my spirit, my emotions. I want to take care of me because I know when I do, I show up better. Those are the habits I want to create anyway. That wraps it up. Hopefully this helped you. These are the seven. I think there were seven. Let me count them all together. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Yeah, there you go. Part 1, 2 and 3 Episode 6 99, 700, 701. If you need this, message me on Instagram. I will send this over to you. Have an awesome day.
