If you choose the wrong technology in any business, you may be operating at 50%, 60%, and I don't want you to do that, especially with all the changes that are coming with AI and all the tools that AI is either enhancing or completely destroying. Because now you've got a new set of tools in town. So today I want to go over the tools that I think you need to pay attention to for 2026, calling this the tech stack for 2026. Now, there are things on here that you may have heard of, you may have not, or things that I even may be missing. And if that happens, if you think something is important enough, give it to me. But there are tools in this that have dramatically changed Agent's business just in the last two months. Not all of it will be something you could bring in and say, I want that, that, that. That's not what this is for. This is specifically for you to be able to be aware of what's out there and what you should be looking at, maybe even using for 2026. And I'm going to break down all of these. These are all things that I'm using personally. So I will let you know which ones I work with, like, where I get paid and which ones I don't work with. Now, I tend to gravitate to the ones that I work with the most because I'm using them and I'm like, oh, my gosh, this is so good, right? And plus, even if I'm not working with them and I love it, guess what? I do. I reach out to them and I'm like, we should be working together. So if you, this is where I need you. If you are using a great piece of tech that's newer, you're like, tristan, you need to check this out. Do me a favor. Put that in the comments. Put that in the comments. Or if you're listening on the podcast, just message me. I want to know. I want to know. Because we actually test this stuff out and we go all the way with it. We throw it to our team. We put it at our brokerage with why Realty. We test out stuff. Do me that favor. Put it in the comments. Let's get started. I have here content and branding tools. I split this up into simple things here. Content and branding tools, lead management and CRM. I'll start with one that you've watched me promote just for the last year because I think they're amazing. They've simplified the process for auto posting to social media. It's real estate content AI and I'm going to just read to you what I wrote here on what it is. It's an all in one social media manager for agents. It uses AI to generate captions, market updates and listing promos in your unique voice, and then schedules and auto posts them to social media so you can stay consistent now with real estate Content AI it's an amazing tool to give you content on social so that in between of your videos you can show up with content that's relevant for your area with market stats. All right, that's real estate Content AI. Take a look at them. Now, the new company in town that some say is a competitor to real estate Content AI. I see them as working closer together because I'm using both. Yes, I work with real estate content AI directly with them and I also work with this other one called Rejig. Now I keep on misspelling it. It's R E J I G RE Jig. Now here's what it does and then I'll tell you how I use it. It's an automation tool that turns your real estate expertise into social media content. It curates local news and relevant articles, branding them for you to share instantly with your sphere. I'm going to dig in a little bit on that one because it allows you to automatically pull real estate news that's local and it makes these amazing posts for you that are branded to you. And if you choose to do the one that copies your likeness, your avatar and your voice, it'll create news with you talking about the news with a picture of it in the back. And that to me, took it to the next level because I tested it out. I'm testing it out right now on my Tristan and Associates Instagram and the results have been crazy because it allows me to scale something. And so we're testing it out in LA and so far I'm very happy with it. I'd highly recommend you test that one out. If you struggle with showing up on social media with your face and you want a solution for it, guess what? This is the one. Next Brand Builder. Now, there are two pieces to Brand Builder. I'm going to read to you what I wrote here so I don't get it wrong. And yes, I work with Brand Builder as well, which is created by Red X what it does a video creation app that combines a teleprompter with AI scripting. It helps you generate video topics, write scripts and record while reading from a screen. So it's a teleprompter. Not only is it A teleprompter, but it gives you ideas. This is for agents that are stuck on the creation mode and like what do I shoot today? And then on top of that, if you want to take it to the next level with them, you shoot the video, you send it to them and they'll edit it for you. So all you have to do is show up to read a teleprompter script. That's it. They do a great job. Gamma, this one, I was on the bandwagon super early on. I think I was like month one of when it came out a few years back and man, has it improved since then. I don't, I don't work with this company, but I wish I did. And if you've seen me showcase Gamma, in essence, I'll read to, to you what I wrote about it. But it's so much better than what I'm about to say. An AI design tool that generates beautiful presentations, documents and webpages in seconds, literally seconds. You simply type in a topic or paste an outline that you have and it builds a fully designed slide deck or document for you. Now it's amazing, it really is. And I would add something to this and say if you are looking to build out content for clients so that you have it on the fly and you can send it to them and you can start creating folders of all of these different amazing pieces of content. Like a document for first time home buyers in Los Angeles, a document for people that are looking to sell and downsize in Malibu, A document for somebody looking to build out an adu. Right. This is the kind of stuff that you need to have at your fingertips. And Gamma allows you to build it out. Now there's another one and I don't partner with them at all. I wish I did and I've never worked for them. I worked for Meta but not Google. And there's something that Google has, it's called NotebookLM. It's been around for a little bit. They first tested it out for students and now it's expanded. And I would say NotebookLM is, it's a tool that is, that has a lot of depth to it. And the easiest way to explain it is, is you're going to add documents, you're going to add websites, you're going to add Google Drive docs, you're going to add pictures, you're going to add all this stuff to a folder on the left or in the middle and then it goes on the left, you add it in the middle and then you can Start asking questions about those. You can start having a database of all of those documents. It's similar, this piece, okay, this piece alone is similar to what ChatGPT does on the left with folders, right, or projects. Now, it doesn't end there because if it did, it would suck. Be like, I'm just going to go to ChatGPT. The great thing is that on the right hand side is that where the magic is. There's a few buttons. I think at this point there's like six or eight. One of them, you click a button and it starts creating a podcast for you. And it creates a podcast from the document or documents or anything that you've uploaded in there, links or anything. And it has two people going back and forth about that topic. So if you don't have time to listen or digest or read all this stuff you put in there, it'll summarize it for you and it'll talk back and forth and you can interject and ask questions like, if it's a real show, it is absolutely nuts. It also creates a presentation with slides from everything you just uploaded. It also creates a mind map for you. It's. It's beautiful. It also creates a graphic of everything that you just uploaded in one graphic. So it breaks it down for you. Now it does a few other things, but for me, Notebook LM man, I've been gravitating to that so much and I would want you to use it. That is something that could change the way that you consume information and digest it. All right, next one, your tube team, I just started working with them. They work with lab coat agents. You may have seen Nick post about it, Nick Baldwin post about it on Lab Codes. Let me what it does. And it does it extremely well at the highest level. I've seen it out of any company out there. Here's what it does a done for you. YouTube video editing and management service for real estate agents. They handle the editing, the thumbnails, the SEO optimization, the teleprompter, that script. They handle everything. So you only focus on recording. They literally, just because I just started with them, they literally send you exactly what to say, you say it and they do the rest. Well, you have to record it, right? And then send it to them and they do the rest. Now they have this great process that allows you as the agent to just after you're done with it, to drive also traffic from the SEO, from the way they do the thumbnails, from the way they, they just post it up on YouTube and help drive people to you. How do I know? Well, Nick has in a month and a half now four clients that he's working with from that channel that's brand new, and I think he has less than 60 subscribers on the channel. I'm just watching it happen live and I'm like, are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? This is nuts. And yeah, we have a discount. I don't know the link to the discount, but if you're interested, message me. The company's called YourTubeteam.com but I'm not sure that's the route to the discount. All right, yes, we do work with them. Next, AI assistance and writing tools, Gemini or Claude, I don't know that you can go wrong with either of them. Those are the ones that I'm now gravitating to more than chatgpt Gemini, because they just released Nano Bananas Upgrade, which is the pictures and graphics and those great things. Man, they are on a completely different level than any other AI tool for creating images and editing them. And then on top of that, they've gotten so great at giving you great human responses in typing things up in ideas and generating content for you. So I'm really happy with them. Here's what Gemini says about themselves. Excellent for real time information research and integrating with Google Workspace apps. Yeah, that's true, but again, it's kind of lackluster from what it. For what it actually does. It's. It's really gotten really good at creating content so you can post on social, social media and get engagement. It breaks down some of my videos and says, no, this is what you should do better. Tristan. I'm like, okay, I'll listen. Next one is Claude and you can do either one. But Claude here, it says, known for writing very natural human sounding texts and summarizing large documents effectively. I would say that is a perfect summary for it. Anytime I need AI to sound human or to give me a leg up so that then I can take it and edit it from there I go to Claude. I literally dump so much into Claude and I'm like, oh, yeah, that's a little better than I was going to say it. Let me modify it. So Claude's a big one. All right, next, Lead management and CRM. There are two here. Number one is Agent Legend. I do work with them. And number two is Lofty. I do work with them as well. Now Agent Legend is back. They were gone for a little bit. They went through owner ownership change and now they changed the way that they are now functioning. It's more of an AI driven company where you have for now two AI agents, one AI agents in charge of going through your database and extracting those people that they think are ready now based on all of the different touch points they have. And they have over a thousand different touch points that they're data points that they're grabbing and saying, oh, you should reach out to this person. And that's a little AI bot grabbing them. The next AI bot says, well listen, if you don't want to do it, I can do it for you. I'll go ahead and text them for you and I'll reach out to them. So Agent Legend is now an automated lead follow up system, but also an automated lead generation company I guess because it's pulling up and saying, yo, I got the person you need to reach out to. So take a look@agentlegend.com they've been through some nice changes. Lofty, formerly Chime. I know that a lot of you know it's still by chime and a lot of you are on it because I know EXP is on it, Real is on it. LPT has it. We have it at Y Realty. I mean, geez, I guess we were there before it became super famous for a reason. We believe in it very strongly because it not only serves as the core operating system for everything that we do. Like your real estate CRM, it comes with a website which is amazing so we can tell what people are doing on our site. But more importantly it's powered by AI. Like the things that they're doing with AI, whether it's the automation from the texts that are going out or the AI social media content that it's creating along with the blogs and now soon the web pages that is going to create automatically landing pages through AI. I mean everything that they've added to this really sets it apart and not by a little bit. Like Lofty is by far the best CRM out there. And if you do not have a CRM and your brokerage offers one, please jump into Lofty and use it. And if you need to pay a little bit more to, to open up all the other features, do it, just do it. Just work out of Lofty and that's the list. Hopefully you did enjoy some of them and I want to know what you think. I want to know if you're using any of them in the comments. Message me. Like I said, if you think I should have mentioned one, but I didn't. You're using it and you love it. Let me know if you need this simple list, message me. Gladly. Send it over to you on Instagram. Have an awesome day, and I'll see you tomorrow.
