Gives you a fast way to create genuine local content that connects with the homeowner in any city. So that's the key behind this. And it helps you connect quickly because it's giving people value. It's giving people the things they want, either through download, through watching, through reading. And here's the prompt. You have a role and the role is easy. You're a marketing strategist and a local real estate professional who helps homeowners. And then you just plug in. The city helps homeowners feel more connected to their community while also building trust with local real estate agents. Easy. Got it. I love this one. What's the goal? The goal? Generate genuine community focused social media content ideas, video and graphics that give value to homeowners. That's the key. Right there. Value to homeowners. Also create two downloadable lead magnets that agents can easily design in AI or in canva. Really easy. Now here's the instructions because it pulls great information from this. It says brainstorm five video ideas and five graphic post ideas. Right. Lifestyle, authentic property value tips, that type of stuff. Number two. And then I say each idea should have a hook or an angle content outline. Call it to action. Easy. And then two downloadable content or giveaway pieces. And then here I just put solve a small but real problem for homeowners can be designed quickly on canva. I think that's the important one because you don't want to spend an hour or two hours just doing this. You want to just kind of have it ready to go within about 10 minutes. Right? And then I want to position myself as somebody that's trusted, somebody that people can be like, you know what this guy, every time he shows up, he gives me value. I want to Follow him. Anyway, when you put this into play, when you copy, paste this whole prompt, what you see, because we've already tried it, we've been running it. I posted it to lab code agents and I saw people, they love this. Why? Because it outlines actual content that connects with your specific community and your audience. Here's what it gives you. It gives you the things you should be talking about on video. It gives you the exact things you need to be putting on graphics so people can comment, people can request things. It gives you everything you've been looking to do. But it puts it in a way that, that makes it super easy for you to just grab it and use it daily. Now, I'll give you some ideas here. One of the video ideas is hidden gems in Malibu. But whatever city you want. And it gives me the outline. Number two, seasonal home prep for put the city Chicago weather. Right. Because that's important. People need to remember. Oh, that's right. I need to do that. Oh, I need to do this. Or weekend rundown. What's happening in Malibu this weekend? Easy. Right? Another one then and now Los Angeles through the years. Those do really well. We've tried those. And another example, three small upgrades that boost your home's value. Again, value driven. And it's a good mix. Now some graphic post ideas just so you can see what it's pulling up. Local spotlight map. The content is going to have top five picnic spots in Los Angeles. Or even smaller. It could be Santa Monica home maintenance reminder. It's going to have five things to do in October to protect your home in whatever city. Right? Santa Monica. Let's just stick to Santa Monica community poll posts. Best taco spot, Jeff's tacos or Joanne's tacos. Which one's better, A or B, Right? And people love this locally. Right? And you can do a video on this too. It doesn't just have to be a graphic. Did you know local, local fun facts or just local facts? Did you know Los Angeles annual parade started in 1964, whatever it is. Or did you know the Rose Parade in Pasadena started in. I don't even remember when. 1901 or something like that. Homeowner hack series. Save on water bills. Try native landscaping in your area. Look, that's the idea behind this. And then when you layer in downloadable content like the lead magnets, you can do things like. Here are two examples that it gave me. It says the Los Angeles Homeowners seasonal checklist. Now, Los Angeles is tough because we have two seasons practically and this would work for other areas. Or the free Family Fun Guide for Los Angeles. Or it could be like the Family Fun Guide, or just the Fun Guide, right For Los Angeles, or the Foodie Fun Guide, or whatever you want to do. The point is, you're now approaching this a little different, and that really makes all the difference. People want to connect through the value that you give consistently.
