So I've been doing this daily and I've been rearranging my numbers and my tasks on AI, specifically on ChatGPT, and it's going really well. So I want to share this with you because now it's going on one month or so since I've been doing this. And I absolutely love it because it's not only allowed me to go through my ChatGPT daily specific numbers, but to also go through the tasks. Because what I've noticed is when I set up a task on ChatGPT so that it shows up routinely, right when we talked about that last week, when I said, hey, set up these three tasks on ChatGPT, when I set those up and I don't show up to read them, it shuts them off. Like after three or four days it says, hey, you haven't been logging in to check the task that I'm setting up, so I'm going to shut it off for now. And I'm like, ah, I don't want that. So, so the purpose of this, I wrote this down. And by the way, this is episode 707. If you need this, message me on Instagram. The idea behind this is that I want to organize how I show up daily. So if I know that every time I'm going to open ChatGPT and treat it with more purpose, more intent. It's kind of like when I'm, when I'm opening up a CRM, I'm going to the processes. I'm numbering them here too. I'm like saying, hey, what's more important for me? And if I'm looking at mine right now, I'm looking at the very first thing is real estate news. Second is realtor.com redfinhomes.com news. And I have it break it down for me, pull out the information. And then I have social media, I also have Reddit, I also have finance news. And all of this information can be pulled out for me because I'm in this zone of looking out every morning at this time, I'm going to go through and I'm numbering them 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. And I know exactly how I'm going to dig in to AI. Now I have these as tasks too, so I know that when I look at them every day this information is being pulled into ChatGPT because I've requested it to be done. And I want you to do the same thing. Like, what about your area where you live? Austin, Texas, San Diego, Indianapolis, Manhattan. Every day, have it pull information about the area, whether it's news that's trending, whether it's real estate related, I don't care, whatever it is every day. And then now because you have them numbered like me, I have number I put the little one and then I put real estate news number two, Redfin, realtor.com and homes.com. right. Number three, finance news in the United States. Right. And then you could just go through and you know exactly how you're going to show up. For me it made the biggest difference. I'm like, got it. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. Right. And I have nine. So you could do whatever you want. Anyway, if you need this, I've kind of outlined exactly how it works, what you should do it examples, please ask for it. It's episode 707. I'm Tristan, your daily real estate. Thanks for tuning in again. Have an awesome day.
