We're in the middle of purposeful prospecting. It's a challenge right now. And I've got to tell you, watching this group has reminded me of something I already knew but needed to see again, accountability changes the direction of your business fast. The people who are winning this challenge aren't the ones with the most talent. It's the ones who said what they were going to do and then they did it out loud in front of other people. So today I want to give you the exact framework that makes that possible every single day. I'm Tristan and this is your daily real estate. It's a podcast, it's a show. And please do me a favor and share this with someone you know needs this. It helps me show up more because see more of you. And when more people tune in, this keeps growing. So thank you. Now here's what happens to most agents. Wake up with good intentions. You should prospect. You should follow up. There's a client you've been meaning to call, but then the day happens to you. Emails, fires, two showings, phone calls, emails that you need to respond to. And suddenly it's 6pm and you're exhausted. But you can't point to a single thing you actually did that moved your business forward. Sound familiar? It should, because it happened to me. That's not a discipline problem, that's a system problem. You're trying to run a business on willpower alone and that's never going to work long term. Willpower is a terrible strategy. So the Daily 5 is a complete accountability loop. Five steps takes maybe 15 minutes total across your whole day, but it'll change the way you operate. So step one. Commit. Every morning, before you do anything else, write down three specific actions you're going to take today. Now, even better if you do it the night before. Not goals, not intentions. Actions. Each one should be completable in about 30 minutes or less. And each one should should come from a category that actually moves your business. Prospecting, client care, marketing or systems. Here's a cheat code. If you don't know what to pick, ask yourself, what's one thing I've been avoiding? Start there. That's usually the thing that matters most. Step two. Share. This is where most people just skip it. And it's exactly why most people fail. Before you start the day, send those three commitments to someone else. An accountability partner, a group text thread, your coach. Hell, send a voice member to yourself. The method doesn't matter. What matters is the act of declaring out loud what your intent is. What gets witnessed Gets done. There's something about telling another human being, hey, I'm going to do this. I'm committed to this today. That rewires your brain. Suddenly it's not just a note in your journal. It's a promise. And you don't want to be that person who breaks promises. Step three, execute. Do the three things you said you would do. Not versions of them, not. Well, I did something similar. Not tomorrow. The actual actions you wrote down that morning. And when you finish each one, check it off physically. Pen, paper, tap on the screen, whatever that small dopamine hit of completion. It matters. Matters because it makes you feel like something was done besides that thing actually being done. And this is why at Purposeful Prospecting, we have this chart that we check off every one of the five things that we're doing right, Whether it's texting or calling people, posting on social. If you're running this challenge, you know what that is. And if you need it, just let me know. I'll send it over to you. Step four, record. At the end of the day, log what you accomplished in one place that you can actually keep. A notebook, a spreadsheet, a note app. It doesn't matter. Ours is a piece of paper. The thing is, you've got to do it in a place that you can look back and track it. Track your streak. Oh, five days in a row, six days. Protect that streak. Get gamify it. This is why things that you track on an app with these big companies, they gamify. They make you feel. I got it. You've got momentum now. Here's what happens. After 30 days, 60 days, 90 days of this, you have undeniable written proof that you're someone who does what they say they're going to do. That's not just accountability. That's ideal identity. Step five, report and reconnect to why. Close the loop with whoever you shared with that morning. Whoever it is, it doesn't matter. Did the three things get done? Well, if it did, report it. Check it. Let them know, hey, I'm done. How about you? Did you finish? Take 30 seconds to remind yourself why you're doing this. Is it that trip that you want to take? Is it the life that you're building, the people counting on you? See, after you report that you're done. After you check, mark it. Remind yourself while you're doing this. That's key. You're tying this greater thing to some action. And as you build momentum, you're going to see it flow, see the freedom you're working towards. That's big. This is it right here. Because discipline disconnected from purpose doesn't last. You just can't do this long term. You can white knuckle your way through a week, maybe two weeks, but if you're not connected to something bigger than the task, you'll quit the moment it gets hard. And let me tell you, you all know this. Things get hard because there are a lot of emotions involved in our business. People yell at us, they're disappointed, it hurts us. Somebody's going through a divorce or a death. That inevitably affects us, right? So these five steps. Commit, share, execute, record, report. That's it. I've watched people in this challenge transform in a matter of weeks, not because they found more hours in the day, but because they found a system that made them keep the the promises that they made to themselves. You don't need more motivation. You need a framework that makes motivation almost irrelevant. This is that framework. Try it tomorrow. Even better, try it today. Write down three things, Tell someone, do them, log them, close the loop, and then do it again the next day. That's how businesses get built. Just remember, focus on those priorities. That's the key. Now, please, do me a favor. Share this with somebody you think may need it. And if you need this breakdown, I've got it for you. Just message me on Instagram and I'll send it over. You have an awesome day, and thank you so much for continuing to listen to your daily real estate.
