I like to look at affirmations as truths that I continually tell myself throughout the day that I start with and I end with. Now. I don't do them every day. I skip here and there. But I do my best to show up with certain affirmations as often as I can. And it's almost daily for, I mean, the last 20 years. I did it. I started in 2006 pretty consistently. And so I came up with these new set of affirmations for me for the rest of this quarter of 2026. And I have specific challenges and ways that I need to talk to myself or consistently show up in a certain way. And so I need reminders. I need to replace my negative thoughts, my doubts, with better words, with better truths. And so that's how I use affirmations. I do it in the evening, and then I do it in the morning again. And I spent probably no more than. Definitely no more than a minute. And today I want to go over some of these that are new, and if you need the list, just let me know. I'm just going to read them through to give you an idea of what they sound like and to inspire you to create your own or to use these. If you need these, just message me on Instagram. Here they go. Affirmations for the first quarter of 2026. I don't back down from the pressure. I'm built to handle it. I'm leading my life with clarity, not just for the business, but for the people counting on me. Every roadblocks just raw material for the next win. So that. That one I remember writing because I'm like, man, I feel like there's a roadblock every time I want to push into a new direction. Every time I want to do maybe is outside of my scope or new field. I feel like there's a roadblock. And I like, maybe, maybe I should tweak this in my head and say, you know what? Use it as raw material for the next win. Just use it. And that's where that came from. Next. I'm the calm in the chaos. When everyone else sees noise, I see what matters. I want to stay focused. Priorities, priorities. I build systems that work for my life, not the other way around. My voice actually counts. The content I'm putting out there creates a ripple effect I can't even see yet. And obviously, when I built out lab code agents 12 years ago, I didn't anticipate it being where we're at now. Right. It's amazing. Next, I'm committed to the work Because I know my message can shift someone's entire trajectory. And I think for our brokerage, that I'm building out. Right? Why realty nationally? That's. That's where that came from. I write and I speak on purpose or with purpose. These aren't just words, they're tools. I have to remind myself of that sometimes. I'm okay with the vulnerability of putting my work out there. That's just the price of admission. I like to tell people, criticism is the price of admission. If you're going to put yourself out there, you're a target. Small target, medium target, big target, it doesn't matter. People have other opinions and you're in the way. Get ready for that. Winning at work means nothing if I'm not bringing my best self home to the people I love. I mean, why are you doing this? Part of the reason is the people you love around you. Spouse, partner, children, parents, siblings, cousins, pets. I don't know. They don't want what's left of you. They want the best of you. Right? I have to continually remind myself of that one. Working hard is part of the process. I'm not shying away from that. I'm embracing it. I didn't ask for an easy year. I asked for a meaningful one. I'm here for it. Which, by the way, I think I'm going to text that one too, to our accountability list here that I have for group coaching. When it gets tough, I don't retreat. I remind myself, this is just the forging process, right? What am I? What am I creating? Who am I becoming in this? I'm always becoming something, right? I choose to become somebody better. And along the way, I'll discover other things I didn't know about me that I'm going to morph into. When it gets tough, I don't retreat. I remind myself, this is just the forging process, right as I just repeated that. Because I think we forget we're always changing, always changing, whether it's up or down. I know some of you think, well, I'm still in the same place I was. No, you think differently. You've had different experiences. Comforts, the enemy. I welcome the friction because I know it's making me better. And last one, I'm here to do hard things. I'm here to leave a mark. Anyway, these are the new ones if you need them. So you can modify them, use them, just message me. I'll send them over to you. Have an awesome day.
