You're not doing enough with social media. You have this massive opportunity and I feel like a lot of you are just wasting it. You post to social and then you leave. Or like my friend says, you post and then you ghost. And I want you to understand that there are so many more layers to this one post that you did that can get you so many more views, build many more relationships and also start, start closing transactions from this longer term. I'm Tristan. This is your daily real estate. It's a podcast, it's a show. I need you to share this with somebody as you're learning. I need you to connect with people through this and say, hey, listen to this. I learned this. What do you think? Let's get right into this one, man. This is a big pet peeve. I see lot of you post one thing on social, whether it's a great video or a great written post or even a picture and you don't slow down enough to create more content from that one piece. I'll give you the best example because I just ran this example with a coaching client live in a group coaching session and she has a great LinkedIn following. She posts polls. She does polls on trending topics in the news or that are of interest to her, but that are also of interest to other people. And those polls get a lot of views and they get a lot of votes. And that's all she does. And I looked at it and I said, listen, you got an amazing opportunity to take that poll. Now, for instance, think of what you've done, the video, the post, whatever. For her, it's the poll. Now she can take that poll and put it into AI and that poll with, with her, with her description and the percentages. Now from the poll, ask AI to create a simple blog from this and to grab the information from the Internet on that specific topic and blend those in into natural language. So now you went from a poll to a blog. But now before this blog goes live, you are going to make it into your own words. You're going to simplify it, you're going to make it shorter or you're going to add your flavor, whatever it is. And then you're going to take an extra step and you're going to now make an image for this and the image you now can post into LinkedIn as a LinkedIn article. Or you can go to Substack, which is, by the way, if you haven't heard of Substack, please go on there, take a look at it, explore it, have some fun. It's the new blog, slash newsletter, slash social outlet out there and it's gaining a lot of momentum. So now that you've got this blog, you can post it into substack, right now when you post it into substack, it gives you the option to share it in multiple places. But you don't want to share it directly into Facebook as a blog with a link because Facebook doesn't like links, the main post. So what you do is you grab that image, put the description at the top and say article is in the first comment. And that's how you do it on Facebook. Now you're not done yet because you also want to simplify this amazing blog that you just created and you want to go to AI and say, hey, do me a favor, summarize this into one simple sentence that I can use as a post on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or wherever. And then it'll give you this amazing one sentence phrase that you can then put a nice little colorful background and then post it and ask a question, what do you think of this? And now you'll get engagement based on this, which already did well on LinkedIn. You created a blog for. And now you have a simple post. And they work. They work a lot. I don't know why Facebook's really doubled, tripled, quadrupled down on simple posts like this. And so his Instagram and LinkedIn. So now you've got this post, but you're not done yet because you have such a massive opportunity. Now that you wrote the blog, you're going to take it one step further and you're going to say, AI, could you do me a favor? And from this blog post that I have, could you make me a 62nd or 92nd or 122nd teleprompter script using natural language based on how I speak in my tone, so that I could read it and put it up on TikTok, Instagram or whatever and then it'll give it to you. Now you're going to take that, you're going to put it into an app to read it as a teleprompter. It can be Big View or it could be the teleprompter script. No, teleprompter app. That's what it's called, the teleprompter app. It's crazy. It's that easy. Then you're gonna put it up there, read it, chop it up with Capcut, and then put it up into social media. Now you're not done yet because you're gonna have to tell AI, hey, give me a description for this so that I have individual descriptions for Instagram, x YouTube shorts, wherever. And now you've got it. Now you're not done. Because this short video could also be a long video on YouTube and YouTube is the second most visited website in the world, right after Google. Your opportunity to create this long form 6 minute, 7 minute video is along the same path as asking AI for that 90 second script. Well now you're gonna be like, hey, give me a seven minute, eight minute teleprompter script for this video for YouTube. And now you're gonna follow that whole process and then you're gonna optimize the description, get a good title and then once it's done, upload your picture to AI and say, make me a thumbnail for a YouTube video on this topic below, using my image on the front. And I mean, we could probably keep going for a little bit, but you get the idea. You're not doing enough of just one topic. And you watch me do some of this on social. In fact, you watch how I use this exact video and I break it down into multiple things later on on Facebook and then Instagram and then a shorter video of this. Not only the video, but the words. A lot of this stuff is going to go on Facebook. So think about this process, save it, share it with somebody. Do me a favor, please subscribe. If you are watching on YouTube and you haven't subscribed, that helps me out a lot. And if you're listening to it, I appreciate that a lot more because I know you're doing it in the car or while you're doing something else. Thank you so much for being here. I'm Tristan. Have an awesome day.
Podcast: Your Daily Real Estate Podcast with Tristan Ahumada
Episode Title: Stop Ghosting Your Own Content: The 1-Post Multiplier
Host: Tristan Ahumada
Date: February 5, 2026
Duration: ~5 minutes
Tristan Ahumada delivers a fast-paced, actionable episode that challenges real estate professionals to maximize the potential of every piece of content they create. Instead of simply posting and moving on ("posting and ghosting"), Tristan lays out a multi-step system—the "1-Post Multiplier"—to explode the reach and impact of even a single social media post across multiple platforms and formats, leveraging both AI tools and personal creativity.
[00:45] Coaching client with a strong LinkedIn following, known for engaging polls.
Tristan explains the potential of transforming a simple poll (or any post) into a cascade of content:
Quote: “Now for instance, think of what you’ve done—the video, the post, whatever. For her, it’s the poll.… Now she can take that poll and put it into AI… and blend those in into natural language. So now you went from a poll to a blog.” [01:25]
[02:40] Use AI to distill the blog into a single, engaging sentence for fast social media posts.
Quote: “Summarize this into one simple sentence that I can use as a post… What do you think of this? And now you’ll get engagement based on this, which already did well on LinkedIn.” [03:01]
[03:30] Take the blog and ask AI to create a 60–120 second teleprompter script in your natural voice.
Quote: “Now you’re going to take that, you’re going to put it into an app to read it as a teleprompter… Then you’re gonna put it up there, read it, chop it up with CapCut, and then put it up into social media.” [03:51]
Next, prompt AI for custom descriptions tailored for each platform.
[04:10] Expand content into a longer YouTube video (6–8 minutes):
Quote: “YouTube is the second most visited website in the world, right after Google.… Give me a seven minute, eight minute teleprompter script for this video for YouTube.” [04:37]
[04:54] Tristan emphasizes that most agents only touch the tip of the content opportunity iceberg.
Quote: “You’re not doing enough of just one topic.… You watch me do some of this on social.” [04:54]
He encourages listeners to follow his lead, save the episode, and share with others.
Don’t let your best ideas die after a single post.
Tristan’s "1-Post Multiplier" method urges real estate pros not to “ghost” their own content but to repurpose, expand, and amplify it creatively—and repeatedly—across platforms, using both AI and personal insights. From LinkedIn polls to engaging videos and smart social snippets, this episode’s workflow is an operational playbook for content longevity and increased engagement.
