So let's go over the three ways to use AI as an agent today. There are specific ways, there are probably a lot of ways. And I'm going to go over the three ways that I do it. Let's just get right into this. I'm Tristan. This is your daily real estate. It's a podcast. It's a show meant to be about five minutes every single day to help you grow your business. Number one, PDFs, guide, checklists or lead magnets. Now there are more things you can add to this section, but I want to minimize it and I want you to start strong. That's why I'm starting with PDFs, kind of like your content. And by the way, this is episode 7 10. If you need these three, which you might just message me on Instagram, I'll send it over to you. Let's get right into this. So what I mean by guides, checklists or magnets, Lead magnets. It's just content that's valuable for the audience that you're trying to attract. So obviously if you're trying to attract buyers, first time home buyers, it's going to be content for them. Guides for buying for the first time, checklists for checking off as you are deciding to buy a home. Are you ready? Or lead magnets like, hey, These are the 20 things that you need to look out for if you're buying a home for the first time. And what you would do is just open up ChatGPT, type in your topic, create a two page PDF or a six slide document or something along those lines, right? The idea is to give people what they want in the form of simple ways to consume it. And look, it could be as easy as a Google Doc, which I've done like I'm doing right now. That's number one. Number two, social media news or community info posts. This is one of my favorites. Obviously these three are my favorite. This is why I'm telling you to do it. But, but this one's been one of my favorites very recently to grow my social media. And I've been watching it grow specifically on Instagram with this I every day I have an AI task set up to pull media that relates to local real estate, national real estate and finance news that relates to the real estate market. And I ask AI, I say, hey, super easy. Write three short social media posts about relevant local news in my city that will want, that will want to make the reader share it and engage with it. That's the key, right? So you tell it whatever platform I typically Just use these graphics that I create. You can use them to read them or whatever you want, but I use them for LinkedIn, I use them for Instagram. You can put it up on Pinterest, you can put them on anywhere. But the point is, you're making these amazing graphics that have headlines to educate people about trending topics for real estate or whatever you want. You could be your community. Amazing to do for your community. It will get shared a lot. The bigger your community is like, hey, this is the brand new coffee shop. This is a brand new Mexican restaurant. This is a brand new art store, whatever it is, that's number two. Number three, teleprompter script for video or reels. Now I use this one daily. And you can watch me do it on Instagram, you watch me on TikTok, on YouTube, on Facebook, you watch me on all the platforms. And what I do is every day, every morning I have a process where I'm searching for national real estate news. Now you can use me as an example so that you know what to duplicate, right? Take a look at those videos that I have on Instagram daily, the ones where I'm talking about the US Real estate news. It even has a headline on top. I have AI and I want you to do the same thing. I have AI pull information daily and I go through it. It's my job to go through it and decide which one of these or which one of these three topics I'm gonna be talking about based on what I think people should know about the real estate world. Right? For you it's going to be what are the three or what are the two or five or just one? What's that one thing that you want to talk about that you can then say, hey, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, please put this into a 45 second transcript so I can put it into a teleprompter and read it in natural language and then you can have it then create that. Then I usually go through and I read it and I'm like, you know, I don't agree with this, I don't agree with that. And then I usually say to it, now make me a strong hook so that I can hook people and rehook people 15 or 20 seconds in, right? Because it's all about engaging people, making sure that they're rehooked in. So if I see that that hook is strong enough, then I go ahead and I read it. After I tweak it, I just put it into a teleprompter called teleprompter you can do that, right? But the point is, it starts with AI on both worlds. I have it pull all the relevant local information that I think I'm going to be using, and then I have it create a transcript for me to export into a teleprompter. I use teleprompter. You could do the same thing. So These are the three ways, even if this is episode 7 10, message me on Instagram and I'll send this over to you. And yes, we are working on a website where you'll be able to download all of these just by simply putting your email address in and logging in. We're almost done with it and you guys will love it. Have an awesome day.
