Let's talk about the five tools you need to be looking at when it comes to AI for real estate agents. And look, there are a ton of AI tools out there right now. And I get it. It's overwhelming. Sometimes I spend a few hours a day in rabbit holes. So let me break it down for you. These five actually matter. And they matter for real estate, for business, just in general. And I'm going to show you, or at least talk to you and tell you exactly what to use them for. Better. Number one Perplexity. Think of this as your market research partner. It gives you real time information with actual citations which is really good. The sources and all that good stuff. Now this isn't just for writing your listing descriptions. This is for accuracy. So I would stop googling mortgage rates and sifting through pages full of ads when you just need fast facts. That's when you use perplexity. Try something like what are the current absorption rates for 3 bedroom homes in my zip code compared to last month? Or summarize the new short term rental zoning ordinance or ordinances proposed for my city. This is how you walk into a listing appointment and sound like the local expert. Use perplexity for that. Number two ChatGPT. This is your creative marketing partner. It's the powerhouse for blog posts and copy and content that actually connects with people emotionally. Now it might not have the newest real time data, but it knows how to sell. Try write an emotionally driven listing description for a Fixer upper targeting first time buyers. Or create a 5 day email nurture sequence for leads from Facebook or from my Facebook ads about downsizing. Now think of ChatGPT as your marketing assistant that never sleeps. Number three number three. Sorry my fingers. If you're watching on YouTube I was like number three and a half. Number four this is number three Gemini. It's my favorite right now. And if your business runs on Gmail, Google Drive sheets all that Gemini is the best one. It lives inside your ecosystem of all of this stuff. So try something like look at the last 20 emails from this transaction thread and summarize the three outstanding action items. Or analyze this client database and tell me which zip codes or zip code has the highest concentration of past sellers. That seamless Google integration. Man, that is powerful. Number four My second favorite. Claude Real Estate is drowning in paperwork. I see it. You see it all the time. This is why I love my TC and Claude is the tool you use when you need to understand dense documents really quickly. So upload a 100 page HOA CCNR document and ask Summarize the rules regarding pet ownership and short term rentals. Upload a home inspection report and ask Create a bulleted list of only the major safety hazards. So use Claude for formal listing presentations where professional tone and structure actually matter. And Claude is really good at natural language too. Okay, number five Grok. This is Elon Musk's AI built into X. Its strength is real time social media sentiment and content that's a little punchier and less filtered. So try this. What's the current sentiment on X about rising home insurance rates in Florida today? Or write five punchy tweets. I don't know why I keep using the word punchy. Maybe we could use a different word, but for now let's just use punchy. I've been reading a lot of X Write five punchy tweets about why waiting for prices to crash is a bad strategy. And use Grok when you want to know what people are saying right now. And when you want content with a little edge, you're gonna go there. Here's the bottom line. You don't need to master all five today. Actually, you don't need to master three. Four, two. Just one. Learn it, then add the next one. See the agents who figure out how to use these tools while keeping that human connection which we're really good at, Those are the agents. They're going to win. So a to use and let me know which one you love using the most. Right now, mine's Gemini. Have an awesome day.
