Today, I am delighted to be joined by the pioneers who changed everything for me. They are Larry and Belinda Wurn, the creators of Clear Passage therapy.

Gentle abdominal massage using light fingertip pressure over the abdomen
Diaphragmatic breathing to relax the abdominal wall and support tissue glide
Pelvic and hip mobility movements (slow tilts, circles, and side bends)
Walking or other low-impact movement to maintain circulation and flexibility
Soft myofascial stretching with long, gentle holds
Light heat therapy to relax superficial tension and improve comfort
