Yes. Speaking of graduation and people getting graduated.

People getting graduated. Our high school back on the map after. After 10 years. 10 years. We didn't hear anything about South Plantation High School. And then all of a sudden, a week ago, I'm getting out. Tagged a thousand times. I think we all were tagged a thousand times. Our school back on the map for what? Some kids did a backflip and hit the girl behind him at the graduation. Accepting his award ruined both their days. I.

[Zane]

I'm. I was just so happy. I love those moments where like, that is one thing where you're trying so hard to look cool and it is the complete opposite what you were.

[Matt]

He did, though. I did look into it. And apparently, though he did communicate to the girl who was behind him in line at the graduation ceremony that, hey, I'm going to do a backflip.

[Zane]

She forgot.

[Matt]

So heads up. And she. She forgot and apparently was just caught up in the moment and didn't forgot in that moment that she was all excited.

[Zane]

Everybody was cheering her name. Let's go, girl.

[Heath]

That's. Oh, you know, she, you know, she wanted to be so upset at him and she couldn't because imagine getting hit like that knowing that I already have it. I already knew this.

Feel worse for the person whose backflip ended up failing or her running is.

No him because he told her he was doing it.

Or there's nothing worse with, like, someone just does a backflip, but they don't do it. Like, they just like, boom. Like, they miss and they just fall.

It's hard to do a backflip in a graduation.

There's so many times that backflips don't get landed. Like, how are you throwing it without the confidence and knowing that you're going to land?

Also all the nerves, too. Like, I would just be way too fucking scared to even try to pull that off. I know I'd up right now if.

I would, too. I think I told Mariah this. I. I think I've said this on podcast multiple times. I want to practice doing something like a backflip over and over again for months. Right? Just practice, like, in private. Nobody knows about it. And one day at a party, drunk, I'm just like, hey, guys, watch this. And I just do it and have as. Just see everybody's faces when I land a fucking perfect backflip.

How often do you do a flip? Like, are you flipping once a week?

[Zane]

Every morning?

She's trying to flip one.

I just want to make sure I could still do it when she finishes.

Patricia used to be able to do them all the time, but she just hasn't done them in a long time. And I don't want to be.

Because if you could do it off a wall, you could do it off anything.

It's something that a lot of people could do it, but not that many to where it takes away the coolness.

Whenever, if ever you see somebody do a backfit, you're like, that's cool.

Because, you know, not that many people could do it, but there. There is a good amount.

It's wild. Our bodies are capable of doing that, but only very few people can that just do it.

But it's crazy that an entire football team can just do it.

[Zane]

They're also athletic.

[Heath]

Just randomly.

[Matt]

Football team can do backflips.

[Mariah]

Football teams. It's the funniest.

[Heath]

That's so crazy that, like, they all can.

It's literally mental.

Even the linebackers, right?

I see videos all the time of the entire team being able to. Just. Men in general can fl. I think any man can do a flip. They get.

It's just confidence.

It's all confident. But be safe, guys.

No. The one thing that I always wished I could do was hold a handstand for, like, a minute to. To have the control of, like, with your fingers, and you're just, like, gripping the ground. And you're like balancing.

Oh, it's a good feeling when you're in that just perfect moment of balancing.

[Zane]

Doing it in groove where you can hold it for however long you want. You could do it?

[Matt]

Yeah. You could do it.

[Zane]

I could do like five steps and that's it. I can't get to the point where I can like hold it.

[Matt]

I could do 30 seconds.

[Heath]

What's it called? It's a handstand, but it's on your elbows.

[Mariah]

Elbow stand.

I can do elbow stand.

With your head down. That's a headstand.

Oh, wait. Is that something like a lot of people can do?

That's like a tripod. So now you got. You got three points.

Headstand. A lot of I thought stands easy.

Here's how I teach 5 year olds how to do a headstand. They draw a triangle on the floor. Your head goes at the top point and your hands go at the bottom. Two points and then you lift your legs.

[Matt]

Oh, there you go.

I'm gonna do it for the unwind.

[Zane]

You know what I used to do all the time when I was a kid? I don't know why I thought this was. People should have been cheering. I would go up to the wall and I'd do a handstand and I put my feet against the wall and I'd hold it and I'm like, who is looking at me?

And then I do like a little tiny like pump like this, like a little push up into it. Like that much.

Gamification to it. Like, but then sometimes I'm like, I feel like this is stressing me out even more because I'm looking at this data and that's stressing me out thinking like, oh gosh, I'm like I'm, I'm two hours behind on my sleep. That means I need to go to bed at this time and I don't.

Want to like have that on me because I feel like I'll think about it too much and I'll, I'll freak myself out over like the analytics on that.

And yeah, like you're running at like a, a 50 and you're like, well I'm a 50 today, so I might as well just like kind of.

Yeah. And then I'm worried I'm like dying like half the time too. Even though it's like fine, but it gets to this red zone. And I wore it during a party and was drinking on it because I was like, like I just want to see what this says. And it was just like you are consuming like, or your heart rate is like bizarre. Like it's off the charts. It was in the red. I'm like, am I dying? And I'm putting like the screenshots into AI going is this normal? They go, this is totally fine.

Like, but it's, I don't like that it's now but imagine, imagine the watch.

Was just like you've been drinking to a. Drink a cup of water or like drink, drink this much water right now.

[Zane]

Just to try to get some juice and not be like that hard.

So we would, we would let it marinate in this Jug of Italian dressing. And looking back, the Italian dressing that it was swimming in for a week was more expensive, I think, than the actual steak. And I. I should have known, but my dad, for some reason, he would bust out an electric knife. Knife just to cut this thing. And I remember looking at it, and he's got the. And he's sawing it in half. And it was the only time we ever used this electric carving knife was to cut the London broil steak.

If you need an electric knife to cut a steak, you shouldn't be using.

[Zane]

And we were cutting that paper thin.

So you're coming back and then going to the wedding. Damn. I want to be as busy as you. I Want. I want to. I want to travel. I want to just be on planes half the week.

I mean, that's gonna be me soon. I'm gonna be.

I'm gonna be getting in my little flight suit.

It's gonna be exciting. You're gonna learn so much on this journey.

Well, what's going to be really cool is the fact that I'm going to be able to fly back and forth and not have, like, a suitcase place. I just want to come with a backpack.

I think that alone, you're gonna.

You're gonna need to go carry on. You'll need to carry if you're coming here for, like, five days.

[Zane]

I want to keep stuff here.

Are you gonna buy it here? What are you gonna do? How are you gonna separate the clothes?

I don't know. Maybe I only wear the same outfit on the podcast.

I think it's gonna be so cool just to, like, throw a backpack on and just get on the flight that.

The lighter you go, the. The better. Like, the better that I feel like the Earth, like, the easier the travel will be.

[Zane]

I'm also gonna do the. The TSA pre check like you said, so that way it's even quicker.

[Heath]

Oh, yeah.

Yeah. And it's so cheap, too. So many people don't know. It's so easy to get.

[Zane]

Well, it's annoying because I pay for clear, but it, like, just get rid of it. It doesn't do much.

[Heath]

I'd rather have and clear. The clear shut down, like, half the time.

[Zane]

Every single airport I try to do it at, it's not even up and running.

[Heath]

Yeah, it's. They, like, open when they want, they close when they want, silly. Or like, the systems system is, like, down or whatever.

[Zane]

But I've been really enjoying the. The lounges every time I fly now, I've been getting there early just to go to the lounge, and it's making the flying experience so much more enjoyable. And then also when I land, I go back to the lounge at the new location.

[Heath]

Why?

[Zane]

I don't know. There's something about it.

[Heath]

You want to stay? You see, I like to stay as little as possible at an airport, if.

[Zane]

I don't have a checked bag that I have to go out and get at the carousel. I'll just go straight to the lounge as soon as I get off the flight light.

[Heath]

And you, like, sit there and like, hang out there.

[Zane]

So nice. Really? Yeah. As soon as I get off, I go straight into the Delta Lounge. Sit down, grab like a soda, maybe pick it like a couple little appetizers.

[Matt]

Why are we hanging out at the airport?

[Heath]

He's like, hanging at the airport.

[Matt]

Go home.

[Zane]

You want to still hang at the lounge. You've landed, you've arrived at your destination.

Hanging hanger, maybe.

Maybe if your hotel check in, time's not till four and you want to kill time. You don't want to, like. I like to run around town. Oh, come on. Go home.

Airports house are dirty too.

[Zane]

Why am I getting crucified for this right now?

It's. It's just. It's the airport. It's a place. It's the last place you want to be. Just go home.

I like to go early now and sit at the lounge and have a couple snacks.

Snacks and drinks at home. I've seen your refrigerator. You got plenty of that.
