The seeming absence of God reveals the presence or absence of our faith. We must trust that his timing and his purposes are different and better than ours.

We remember in order to rejoice in God's faithfulness and all he has done. It's not about us, but all for his glory and praise.

Unity flourishes when we place our conflicts within the larger story of God's steadfast love.

The words of Jesus may be difficult, but how you respond to his words, receiving or ignoring them, is the difference between life and death.

In our constant need, we must come to Jesus and and receive him in faith, because he alone offers atonement, forgiveness, and eternal life.

Resurrection is not just a doctrine, but in it we encounter the living Christ, who gives us hope for tomorrow and a new start for today.

We were created to need food regularly, but sometimes our spiritual hunger can be eclipsed by our sinful tendencies. Jesus the bread of life has come to save us and secure our survival.

We live according to our appetites, not just physically but spiritually. In seeking Jesus, we must not come merely to get something from him, but to receive Jesus himself.

Trials sometimes cause us to question God's sovereignty, but he uses storms to grow our faith in him and promises to bring us home out of our distress.

The desire for greatness is good so long as we define greatness correctly: not by the world's definition, but following in the footsteps of Christ.
