Guts, up in the guts, up in our proverbial guts was when Elizabeth and I were at Heidi Rose Robbins, a former guest of the pod. We were at her woman's retreat.

A retreat that I left after. I don't know, it was a couple days and came home and I was dehydrated from losing so much tear. And also, literally, my arms were sore from holding and being held like.

My chest.

I was just going to say that, too.

This sounds like my absolute personal health. Like, the thought that your arms could be sore from hugging and holding. I can't even step into that darkness because I will not come out of that. Of how terrifying that sounds.

You don't want to enter the womb of femininity. You don't want to.

[Sujin Pak]

I've been trying to exit that womb for 49 years. Like, get me out of this hellhole.

[Elizabeth Lame]

It was uncomfortable for everyone, and so you kind of just had to surrender. Surrender. I mean, you had to sink into the biceps of whoever was in front of you.

Biceps of so many different ages, so many different textures of biceps. Yeah, it was an intense experience, but from that intense day forged a friendship for sure. And we play weekly. Yeah, probably weekly or every two weeks, we play mahjong. She's part of the mahjong.

Oh, my goodness. You buried the headline mahjong thing.

I'm a storyteller. I'm a storyteller.

Suchin. It's my entire life, and entertainment, obviously, has been hit hard. It is. My income right now is winning these $2 hands in mahjong. And when it's not weekly, my whole orbit feels like thrown into flux. It's very important. And Coolop is like my right hand gal. Have you noticed that we've frequently been positioned where I'm on your left, you're on my right.

I mean, I guess so. I guess, you know, I feel safer.

In that configuration when, like, Things are going to go my way and your way, but my way mostly.

I mean, it's tough, though, because the last couple games that we've played, it hasn't. Elizabeth is a major threat. Know that first and foremost. But they've gone more my way and less Riz's way. And now just because of that.

And how are we sitting? How were we sitting?

Just to bring up the name of another former guest and friend, Daniel Schneider, Suchin Pak. Daniel Schneider, for her birthday this year, received from Matt Besser, or maybe it was for Christmas from her husband, Matt Besser. I don't even know how far this can go because I think you guys are just in the beginning stages of this lifestyle.

That future is. You know what I mean? You're traveling. The future is this week. In a couple days, we are going to a friend's vacation home and to play mahjong together for more time than we do.

I'm so curious how our eyes and brains are gonna handle this weekend away, because we're getting there at, like, 11:30. Gaming starts at noon. You know, we're in. And by the way, Suchin, these are all, like, very close friends. Obviously, we all love each other. There's not that much, like, catching up. I just randomly heard, like, one of my friends booked a role. I had no idea. I've spent more time with her recently than in all of my other years combined. And we just get down to the tiles.

We just get down to the tiles. And sue, we are not our best selves. To be clear, we as collectively yet individually regress in such a way and snipe at each other.

And so you decided that these weekly snipings and tearing down wasn't enough, that what you were going to do, sequester Yourself, unhydrated, unhinged, out in the desert.

[Elizabeth Lame]

You nailed it. It sounds like heaven.

Really not even have brakes poking at each other. If this isn't friendship, get out.

That's exactly right. I'm making a ranch dip with ruffles have ridges. We'll have that tableside, you know, so we can sustain ourselves as we go.

But I explained this is mommy's time. I'm healing generational trauma.

Yeah, you need a Tetris shed. I'm excited. I mean, just when you said your husband wants to take you all the way there, I was like, oh, I need to like this isn't just like a ha ha. She can fill out a crossword. And I have a feeling this footage is going to blow my mind.

It's almost like a makeup primer is what it feels like. And so I use that every morning, and that's kind of it.

Yeah, I throw this on. I do like a YSL Touche Clat, like light eye thing, some mascara, and that's really it.

And I guess when a truck burns, like, the horn goes off for a very long time. So it was very weird. The horn was going off. So I went outside forgetting that I had a death whale. Yes. Forgetting I had all this tape all over my face. And I must have looked. Now, I think they had other priorities at the time and probably weren't too concerned with your red tape.

Yeah. But I did. When I came back in, I was like, oh, my gosh, I look absolute. I also was in pajama pants and socks and flip flops and all of that. Everyone's okay, but careful with those flames. Everyone should get a heat candle lamp.

And I was. I knew the whole time. I was like, mine's the funky one. Mine's. And then it turns out I was country club, so.
