Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful moms listening to this show. आज क्योकी Mother's Day है इसलिए आजका episode भी mothers से related है। आज हम बात करने वाले हैं IMPROVE इस शब्द की मगर एक Therapeutic Tool के रूप में देखेंगे। हाल ही में मैने DBT Dialectical behavior therapy के बारे में पढ़ा जो behavioral patterns को समझने में हमारी मदद करता है, और इस इस therapy में Improve the moment ये एक tool है जो stressful situations में हमें अपनी भावनाओं को handle करने में काम आता है।
