Be It babe, okay, so, today's episode, if you don't have children, you might be like, this isn't for me. I hope you listen either, because it might help you make sense of your childhood. It might help you support your friends who are parents. If you've already parented, you might think it like I hope you listen, because I have a parenting expert. Well, if not parenting expert, I would call her a education expert of children, and her be it action item for every single one of us to support children is amazing and wonderful and simple and hard and complicated and necessary and doable, and I'm really excited about it, because, ladies, I've been I've been trying to figure out how to help you prioritize yourself first. And for many of you, there is the love and responsibility of your children that are keeping you from that, from prioritizing yourself first, from being it till you see it, from doing the Pilates you say you want to do. And my hope was that Gayle hugman, our guest today, could give you some tools, some support, some insight into the role that you have. And hopefully that allows you to not just be the parent you want to be, but be the human you want to be in this world.
