They want certainty before they invest in training.

They want confidence before they put themselves out there.

They want to know they'll be successful before they're willing to take the first step.

The problem is...that's not how confidence works.

Confidence doesn't come first. It comes after you've taken enough imperfect action to realize you're capable.
