Send us Fan MailYour feelings are telling on your thoughts. If you’ve been doing “all the right things” on your health journey or personal growth path but still feel funky inside, it might be because of what you’re affirming without realizing it.This week, I’m asking one question that cuts through the noise: what are you confirming about yourself on repeat? We start with a simple check-in you can do any morning, then we zoom out to the mindset basics that actually change your life: your thoughts shape your feelings, your feelings drive your actions, and your actions create your results. I share a list of common affirmations that sound positive and the ones that feel a little itchy, and I walk you through how to notice them with mindfulness and zero shame. From there, we take it deeper with anxiety. “I’m anxious” can be true and still not serve you when you say it all day. I explain how your brain’s reticular activating system looks for evidence of what you repeat, and how that can amplify stress. We practice choosing a new target for your focus, like calm, organized, or even proud, so your identity starts working for you instead of against you.If this hits home, subscribe, share this with a friend who needs a reset, and leave a five-star rating and review so more people can find Believe Like a Boss.ENJOY THE PODCAST?Leave us a 5-star review so more people can find us!LEARN MORE ABOUT COACHINGNandiCamille.comSCHEDULE YOUR FREE DISCOVERY CALLClick HereJOIN THE MAILING LIST & NEVER MISS AN UPDATE!Click hereASK A QUESTION + LET'S BE SOCIALEmail: hello@nandicamille.comInstagram and TikTok: @nandicamilleLearn more about Nandi and Life Coaching at: NandiCamille.com

Send us Fan MailIf you’ve ever been asked “What do you want?” and your mind goes blank, you’re not alone, and it’s usually not because you’re clueless. It’s often because you’ve trained yourself to believe you can’t have what you want, so naming it feels risky. We slow that moment down and show you how to rebuild desire, clarity, and trust in yourself without turning your current life into a problem. We share our six-step framework for getting what you want, built from mindset coaching, spiritual alignment, and practical action. We start with honesty and move into real clarity: defining what “a loving marriage,” “a better job,” “confidence,” or “more money” actually means for you. We also connect the dots to neuroscience and the reticular activating system, because specificity changes what you notice, what you tolerate, and how you discern what is for you. From there we talk openness, faith, and the part most people skip: showing up like it’s already done while still taking steps that make it possible. Then we tackle limiting beliefs head-on, including the “crab effect” that pulls you back right when you start gaining momentum, and how to rewrite those thoughts so you can keep moving. If this helped, subscribe, share it with someone you love, and leave a five-star review so more people can find the show. Send us Fan MailComplaining can feel like relief in the moment, but it comes with a hidden cost: it trains your brain to look for what’s wrong and makes it harder to create solutions. After coming back from a weekend conference high (and a little sleep-deprived), we slow down and get honest about what really gets in the way of joy, especially when you’re in a hard season, dealing with stress, or feeling stuck. We walk through the “choice to rejoice” as a real-life gratitude practice, not a fluffy slogan. I talk about how your environment shapes your default thoughts, why workplace or friend-group negativity can pull you into the complaining loop, and how giving yourself grace is part of changing the pattern. Then we get concrete: what does joy look like in your life right now, and where are you already experiencing it even if your brain wants to skip past it?We also dig into the neuroscience of gratitude and mindset management. Gratitude can support the decision-making part of your brain (your prefrontal cortex), calm stress reactivity (your amygdala), and boost feel-good chemistry like dopamine and serotonin. From there, we build a menu of simple, sustainable habits: journaling, writing thank you notes, doing a weekly “what went well” review, pausing with your morning coffee, giving thanks before meals, and even saying “thank you” when you pay a bill because you have the ability to cover it.If you want more joy, momentum, and emotional steadiness, pick one practice and try it this week. Send us Fan MailComplaining can feel like “just venting,” but what if it’s quietly training your brain to look for problems, not possibilities? We get honest about the 50-50 nature of being human and why chasing constant happiness backfires. Instead, we practice mindfulness as awareness without judgment, using a simple metaphor: life as a party where emotions are offered, and you get to decide what you pick up and what you pass on. Then we dig into the neuroscience and psychology of complaining and gratitude. I talk through how chronic complaining ramps up stress and can shrink your capacity for creative thinking, problem solving, and emotional regulation. We also cover the social side: how listening to long vent sessions can affect you, and how to set kind boundaries so you can be a safe space without burning out or building resentment. From there, we flip the script with “the choice to rejoice,” a practical gratitude practice that goes beyond listing what’s good. We explore research on thank you letters, why recipients feel more warmth than we expect, and how consistent gratitude practice can support mental health over time. Your growth work is simple and powerful: write a thank you letter to your future self, plus journal prompts to identify what you’ve been complaining about and where compassion would change everything. Send us Fan MailMotivation doesn’t disappear for no reason. Sometimes it’s buried under pressure, shame, resistance, or a story you’ve been repeating for years without realizing it.We’re halfway through the year, and I’m giving you a gentle but direct reset for the days when you want the goal, you can picture the goal, but you still cannot get yourself to move. We start by taking the pressure off, because you are not behind and you are not broken. From there, we get honest about follow-through without using self-criticism as a “strategy,” then I walk you through five reminders I lean on when I feel unmotivated: reconnect with your why and check if it still fits, notice whether your body expands or contracts around the goal, and remember that we chase outcomes because of how we think we’ll feel once we have them. You’ll also hear how subconscious stories quietly shape discipline, happiness, and results, plus a practical way to borrow confidence from the future version of you who already has what you want. We talk purpose, the power of removing “can’t” from your vocabulary, and the difference between doing it scared versus doing it resistant. The goal is aligned action and sustainable motivation, not forcing and burning out.If this helps you, subscribe to Believe Like a Boss, share it with a friend who’s in a funk, and leave a five-star review so more people can find the show.If this hits home, subscribe, share with a friend who needs it, and leave a five-star rating so more people can find the show. Send us Fan MailSome of the strongest forces in your life are the ones you never agreed to consciously: the “rules” you’re living by. They show up as quiet expectations about how hard you should work, what a good partner looks like, what your house should look like, what you’re “allowed” to eat, and even what you can wear out of the house. I start with a personal reflection on growing up in a military family with complicated feelings about the Fourth of July, because it’s a perfect example of how pride, pain, identity, and inherited beliefs can all coexist. Then we get practical. I walk you through a mindfulness-based way to spot subconscious beliefs using the cloud metaphor: notice your thoughts without judgment so you can respond instead of react. From there, I share prompts you can use right away to list your rules for work, dating or marriage, home care, nutrition, and fashion and to ask the bigger question: do these rules serve the life you’re trying to build? We also talk about where rules get sticky, like conflict. I share a personal rule I’m still rewriting, “I can’t disagree with adults,” and how it can cause shutdowns even when you’re capable and confident. To uncover your own limiting beliefs, I offer two powerful clues: where you feel resistance and where you feel duplicity, the “I want to, but I can’t because…” loop.If this hits home, subscribe, share with a friend who needs it, and leave a five-star rating so more people can find the show. Send us Fan MailThe hardest goodbyes aren’t always to people, they’re goodbyes to the version of life you were sure was coming. If you’ve been telling yourself you should be “over it” by now, consider a different truth: your brain is doing update work, rewriting the future it had already started to expect, and that process often feels like grief. We start with mindfulness as awareness without judgment, then get honest about what it’s like to be in a season of expansion while your doubt gets loud. From there, we dig into grieving the life you thought you’d have, the identity you built around a relationship or career, and why “I miss them” is sometimes really “I miss who I thought I was becoming.” You’ll hear a clear breakdown of the five stages of grief (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance) and why they don’t always happen in a neat order. We also untangle a big misconception: acceptance is not approval. Resistance can keep you stuck in “this shouldn’t have happened,” while acceptance helps you reclaim your power with “this happened, and I love myself anyway.” You’ll leave with grounding reframes, body-based ways to move energy, and journal prompts to process the future that never came to be, so you can choose what you want next with real, aligned confidence. If this hits home, subscribe, share with a friend who needs it, and leave a five-star rating so more people can find the show. Send us Fan MailYour brain can turn a single moment into a full-blown verdict about your life. One photo, one comment, one lost follower, one awkward pause in a meeting and suddenly the story becomes “I’m behind,” “I’m not enough,” or “It’s never going to happen for me.” Today we slow that process down with one question that changes everything: What are you making it mean?I walk through how thoughts become beliefs, and how beliefs become the stories that quietly run your relationships, your money mindset, your confidence online, and the decisions you make when nobody’s watching. We talk about mindfulness as awareness without judgment, why self-judgment makes the world feel harsher, and how constant stimulation in modern life makes it harder to access solitude and hear what you’re actually telling yourself. You’ll hear real examples: seeing a friend’s pregnancy announcement and feeling the “I’m late” spiral, watching your social media numbers dip and letting your brain build a case for failure, and noticing jealousy around things you want, like success, love, or a beautiful ring. We also get practical about what to do next: pause, listen to your body, name the narrative, and choose a story that supports aligned change instead of shame. If you’ve been craving emotional regulation, self-compassion, and a clearer mindset for growth, this one’s for you.If this hits home, subscribe, share with a friend who needs it, and leave a five-star rating so more people can find the show. Send us Fan MailThe dream is the easy part. The struggle is the receipt, and it shows up whether we like it or not. Today we’re asking a question that instantly clarifies your goals, your career moves, and even your relationships: what are you willing to struggle for?We riff on a line from The Subtle Art of Not Giving an F-U-C-K that reframes happiness as something earned through “choosing and managing our struggles.” If you’ve been chasing constant happiness, we slow down and normalize the truth that life is often 50-50. Feeling sad, anxious, bored, or angry doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you’re human, and it might be time to choose a different kind of hard, the kind that matches your values and your season. We make it practical with real-world examples and metaphors you’ll remember: the seed that has to sit in cold darkness before it breaks through the soil, the teacher who loves the work but still faces politics, the entrepreneur who has to learn sales, the parent who has to grow up alongside their kid, and the dream that looks glamorous until you see the weekends, the tests, or the early call times. Then we walk through four steps you can use as a mindset and alignment filter: write your dreams, list what you love, name where struggle will show up, and decide if you’re willing to get uncomfortable for that goal.If your life has felt heavy lately, we also offer a simple check-in: close your eyes, breathe, ask what’s going on, and trust what comes up. Send us Fan MailThe year is moving fast, and if you’ve been running on autopilot, you can wake up one day with results you never actually wanted. I’m slowing things down with a mindful midyear check-in built for high-achieving women, creative entrepreneurs, and anyone who’s tired of performing their way through life. You’ll hear a personal update on my shift from “life coach” branding to leaning more fully into mindfulness coaching and why I want to keep studying awareness for the next 50 years. From there, we ground the conversation in reflection that’s useful, not punishing: noticing what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s next without spiraling into judgment. I share a simple framework for the sixth month of the year: six questions that help you clarify your goals, your habits, your self-talk, and your definition of success. We walk through prompts like what you hope changes in the next six months, what you love about yourself (especially when that question feels itchy), what you don’t like about yourself without turning it into shame, what you like about your life, and what you want to name with more detail so you can reclaim choice. We also dig into the courage question and why your brain makes the unknown feel huge, even when the next step is small and concrete. If you’re ready for a calmer kind of ambition, press play, share this with a friend who needs a reset, and subscribe so you don’t miss what’s next.
