Send us Fan MailKyle Peche became severely ill at the age of 18, when people should be filled with energy and good health. He was experiencing extreme brain fog, debilitating fatigue, severe constipation, GI issues, joint pain, skin rashes, and dozens of other symptoms. After many years of obsessive research, he finally found his way to health through systematic, step-by-step detoxification & Mineral-Balancing.Mineral Balancing is a holistic healing science that heals most ailments without the use of drugs. It uses Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) as a compass, which guides directions regarding precise supplement, detoxification, diet, and lifestyle recommendations based on the HTMA that move the body towards more balanced biochemistry, which maximizes the body's cellular energy. The body in turn heals itself, which causes not only elimination of symptoms, but also better quality of life! With a passion ignited from his own suffering, Kyle has now coached hundreds of people to higher health through proper full body detoxification & cellular rejuvenation.Find Kyle at-https://www.jyotimineralbalancing.com/IG- @kyle_pecheYT- @Jyoti Mineral BalancingTHE REJUVINATION ROADMAP MASTERCLASS! Send us Fan MailVanessa Lopez is the host of Intentionally Well, a podcast rooted in honest conversations about healing, wholeness, and what it really looks like to rebuild health from the inside out. She brings over two decades of experience across health, wellness, fitness, skincare, and education, along with a personal journey that has deeply reshaped how she understands the body, stress, and long-term healing.Much of Vanessa’s work is informed by her own ongoing health journey, one that has required her to slow down, re-evaluate what wellness actually means, and face the reality that healing is rarely linear. Over time, she’s developed a more nuanced perspective on the connection between the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers of health, with a focus on sustainability, nervous system awareness, and compassionate restoration rather than quick fixes.Through her podcast interviews, writing, and social media presence, Vanessa creates space for conversations that are honest and unpolished in the best way...where complexity is allowed, and where people can feel less alone in what they’re navigating. She’s especially drawn to the intersection of faith, chronic stress, identity, and the deeper emotional layers that often sit underneath physical symptoms. When she’s not creating or sharing in those spaces, she’s almost always with her two rescue dogs, Pearl and Tillie, and still walking through much of what she speaks about in real time.Find Vanessa at-Podcast- Intentionally WellIG- @well.with.vanessaSubstack- @intentionallywellreflectionsFind Boundless Body at-myboundlessbody.comBook a session with us here!

Send us Fan MailOlaf Kock is a returning guest on our show! Be sure to check out his first appearance on episode 796 of Boundless Body Radio!Olaf Kock is working in the software business, currently in technical sales. Ever since finding the ketogenic diet in 2012, he ran a one-month experiment with this way of eating that has never stopped. As a self-described nerd, he found the ketogenic diet in 2012 through a podcast on software security out of pure chance. This experiment has evolved through several flavors since then, but as far as this experiment is concerned, the experiment never ended, and he is still ketogenic to this day!As he often is answering the same questions, he recently built a German-and-English-language website (butterbei.de) to simulate the glucose/insulin relationship, in order to illustrate what happens in the body, and make the otherwise hidden processes visible without the need to wear a continuous glucose monitor. The website has since developed into a source of nutritional information based on his findings that the cause-and-effect typically perceived in nutrition can easily be twisted around.Together with his dog Fiete he lives in Hamburg/Germany, which makes both of them authentic and actual (wait for it) Hamburgers. Be sure to check out her first appearances on Boundless Body Radio on episode 314, which is personally one of my favorite episodes that we’ve ever done, and also on episode 384, titled Religion, Blue Zones, and the "Plant Slant" with Belinda Fettke. In episode 314, we interviewed Belinda and her husband, Dr. Gary Fettke, and discussed the reasons why her husband was targeted by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Tasmanian Health Service for practicing a healthy fat, low-carbohydrate diet.Belinda took the initiative to research the bio-history of religion and its influences on nutrition policies and dietary guidelines. Her research revealed a massive influence of the Seventh-day Adventist church, their tax-free, financial stake in cereal and plant-based food companies, and their impact on what we are told to eat.Belinda and Gary opened the Nutrition for Life – Diabetes and Health Research Centre, which provides nutritional care around Tasmania and Australia.
