A decade ago, Alex Klintworth and his wife Karli began studying nutrition science literature in a successful pursuit to heal their own health struggles. His engineering background has been instrumental in all aspects of his second career: Engineering in research – understanding complex systems from first principles, analyzing data, and interpreting statistics, and; Engineering in metabolic health coaching – optimizing solutions for individual goals, contexts, and human variability, and communicating vital scientific concepts to a broad audience.

Alex's coaching practice focuses on empowering individuals to take an active role in their own health journey through education and collaborative decision-making. His clients regularly experience meaningful improvements in metabolic markers like blood sugar and triglycerides, but more importantly they feel energized, clear-minded, and reconnected with their bodies. Many have worked safely with their doctors to reduce or eliminate medications for conditions they once thought were permanent including diabetes, high cholesterol, anxiety, depression, and reflux.
