Acknowledging the loneliness that often accompanies this path, Joomee notes that diets like ketogenic diets and fasting remain unconventional, attracting skepticism from many. However, this very skepticism has fostered a tight-knit community, united by shared experiences and a common goal of transformation.

Today, she wishes for her narrative to resonate with others, demonstrating that a vibrant, energetic life free from chronic pain, illness, depression, or anxiety is attainable. Joomee emphasize the importance of self-advocacy, encouraging others to trust their instincts when something feels amiss.
