As co-owner of San Ramon Fitness—home to CrossFit San Ramon and MetFix Method —she specializes in helping people improve metabolic health, body composition, and overall quality of life through evidence-based lifestyle interventions.

After overcoming her own struggles with obesity, insulin resistance, Hashimoto's disease, and PCOS, Lori became passionate about helping others understand the root causes of chronic disease and the power of nutrition, muscle, and lifestyle to improve long-term health.
