The Alchemy of Masculinity explores the journey of masculine initiation through shadow integration, sexual energy mastery, emotional resilience, and spiritual growth.
After more than 15 years of struggle with pornography addiction, disconnection, and self-abandonment, I entered a path of deep inner work that transformed my relationship with masculinity, intimacy, purpose, and personal power. What emerged was not perfection, but a return to authenticity, embodiment, and truth.
Through raw conversations, personal stories, collaborations, and practical insights, we explore masculine embodiment, sexual energy, emotional regulation, shadow work, intimacy, rites of passage, esotericism, archetypal meanings, spirituality, and the challenges facing modern men.
This podcast is for men who know they are capable of more. Men who are ready to stop performing, reclaim their power, integrate their shadow, and forge a life of purpose, integrity, and authentic masculine presence.
Welcome to the Fire, brother.

Send us Fan MailJoseph Campbell's Hero's Journey is one of the most powerful frameworks for understanding masculine transformation, purpose, and personal growth. Yet many men ignore the call to adventure because of fear, comfort, and uncertainty, remaining stuck in patterns that lead to emotional repression, anger, addiction, and a lack of purpose. In this episode of The Alchemy of Masculinity, I explore why the Hero's Journey is essential for men's mental, emotional, and spiritual development. We discuss masculine psychology, shadow work, sexual energy, and the symbolic process of death and rebirth that every man must face to become who he is meant to be.You'll learn why avoiding discomfort keeps men trapped, how suppressed masculine energy turns into rage and self-destructive behavior, and how consciously directing that inner fire creates purpose, confidence, and authentic masculinity. In this episode: Joseph Campbell's Hero's Journey explained Why men avoid the call to adventure Masculine psychology and personal growth Emotional repression, anger, and addiction in men Shadow work and masculine transformation Purpose, meaning, and self-realization Sexual energy, creative energy, and inner fire Kundalini symbolism, chakras, and spiritual awakening The psychology behind slaying the dragon How embracing uncertainty leads to growth If you've been feeling stuck, disconnected from your purpose, or unsure of your next step, this episode will help you understand why, and what the Hero's Journey asks of every man.Support the showTo work with me 1:1: https://templeoffire.carrd.co/Grab your FREE 3-exercise Masculine Embodiment Guide: https://templeoffire.my.canva.site/

Send us Fan MailWhat happens when Jupiter, the planet of expansion, growth, and opportunity, moves into Leo, the sign of confidence, creativity, leadership, and self-expression?In this episode of The Alchemy of Masculinity, I explore the deeper archetypal meaning of Jupiter in Leo like it has never done before through mythology, spirituality, masculine energy, and personal transformation. Rather than offering a traditional astrology forecast, I unpack the symbolic wisdom of Zeus (Jupiter), Leo, and the Sun to understand what this transit may be inviting us into over the next year.I discuss why Jupiter is often associated with blessings, manifestation, and abundance, but also why expansion requires the capacity to hold greater responsibility, visibility, and power. Drawing from the archetypal meanings of Zeus, Athena and Dionysus, I explore the balance between reason and surrender, order and chaos, wisdom and transformation.I also examine the connection between Leo energy, the heart, confidence, purpose, creativity, and masculine expression. While this transit can inspire courage, leadership, and authentic self-expression, it can also amplify shadow expressions such as ego inflation, narcissism, and the need for external validation. This episode is especially relevant for those interested in astrology, masculine energy, personal growth, spiritual development, self-confidence, and archetypal psychology. In This Episode:• The meaning of Jupiter entering Leo• Jupiter as expansion, opportunity, and initiation• The mythology of Zeus, Athena, and Dionysus• The balance between wisdom, surrender, and transformation• Leo energy, confidence, and self-expression• Masculine energy, purpose, and leadership• The shadow side of Leo: ego, excess, and narcissism• How to consciously work with this transit over the next yearJupiter in Leo asks us to expand not only our vision, but our capacity to embody it.Support the showTo work with me 1:1: https://templeoffire.carrd.co/Grab your FREE 3-exercise Masculine Embodiment Guide: https://templeoffire.my.canva.site/

Send us Fan MailMany people feel caught between who they were and who they are becoming. Old identities begin to fall away, familiar structures stop working, and the future feels uncertain. This in-between stage can feel uncomfortable, confusing, and even terrifying, especially when life is asking you to let go before you fully know what comes next.In this episode of The Alchemy of Masculinity, I step away from teaching and speak more personally about the liminal space, spiritual transformation, and the surrender required when following a deeper inner calling.I reflect on my journey over the last eight years since moving to Greece, and how intuition, dreams, signs, and inner knowing have often guided me more than logic or certainty. I explore why transitions can feel like a kind of death for the ego, especially for men conditioned to seek control, stability, and security.Using the metaphor of the butterfly and the chrysalis, I explain why these uncertain phases are not mistakes, but necessary spaces of transformation. Growth cannot be rushed. The discomfort, grief, and unknown are often part of becoming. This episode is especially relevant for those navigating spiritual awakening, life transitions, masculinity, emotional healing, and trusting themselves through uncertainty and change. In This Episode:• The meaning of the liminal space and spiritual transition• Trusting intuition, dreams, and inner guidance• The butterfly metaphor and stages of transformation• Why uncertainty triggers fear, control, and resistance• Masculinity, surrender, and letting go of old identities• Spiritual awakening and ego death• Moving through change with trust and compassionSometimes life removes who you were before revealing who you are becoming.Support the showTo work with me 1:1: https://templeoffire.carrd.co/Grab your FREE 3-exercise Masculine Embodiment Guide: https://templeoffire.my.canva.site/

Send us Fan MailMany men want to embody their strength, purpose, and masculine power, but few realize that the path to manhood requires the death of the boy.In this episode of The Alchemy of Masculinity, I conclude the Dark Masculine Series by exploring one of the most important psychological and spiritual transitions a man can face: letting go of the familiar and stepping into the unknown. Through the lens of archetypal psychology, masculinity, and initiation, I explore the symbolic choice between remaining attached to the safety of the "Mother" and surrendering into the uncertainty of the "Father."I discuss how the inner boy often resists this transition because it requires confronting grief, separation, vulnerability, and unconscious pain. This resistance can show up as people-pleasing, "good boy" conditioning, emotional suppression, fear of intimacy, and disconnection from sexual and creative energy.I also explore the relationship between the Dark Masculine and Dark Feminine, not as opposing forces, but as complementary energies. The Dark Feminine becomes the womb of feeling, transformation, and emotional depth, while the Dark Masculine becomes the conscious presence capable of holding space for what emerges from the unconscious.Drawing from rites of passage, Shadow Work, and men's healing, I explain why grief is often the missing initiation for modern men and how moving through grief allows the boy to become a man. This episode is for men navigating masculinity, inner child healing, emotional healing, Shadow Work, sexual energy, and the journey from boyhood into mature masculine embodiment. In This Episode:• The psychological transition from boyhood to manhood• The symbolic Mother and Father archetypes• Why the "good boy" identity keeps men stuck• The connection between grief, anger, and emotional healing• Dark Masculine and Dark Feminine archetypes• Sexual energy, creativity, and masculine expression• Initiation, rites of passage, and masculine development• Inner child healing and individuation• Transforming wounds into purpose and meaningSupport the showTo work with me 1:1: https://templeoffire.carrd.co/Grab your FREE 3-exercise Masculine Embodiment Guide: https://templeoffire.my.canva.site/

Send us Fan MailMany men are disconnected from their emotions, their bodies, and their inner child. What was once natural such as wonder, play, curiosity, and feeling, often becomes suppressed through conditioning, shame, and expectations of what it means to be a man. Over time, this disconnection creates emotional numbness, shadow patterns, and a loss of authentic masculine presence. In this episode of The Alchemy of Masculinity, I continue the Dark Masculine Series by exploring inner child healing as an essential part of men’s healing, masculinity, and emotional maturity.I break down how the union of masculine and feminine energy symbolically gives rise to the child, and why reconnecting with the “wild boy” is key to accessing the Dark Masculine. What was once spontaneous, emotional, and alive is often repressed and pushed into the unconscious, becoming shadow material that shapes our behavior as men.I explore how the Dark Masculine acts as a force that breaks through conditioning, shame, and fear, while also holding the capacity to create safety and structure. As men, we must learn to both father and mother the inner child, to create a grounded container while allowing emotion, vulnerability, and feeling to return. This episode is especially relevant for men navigating emotional healing, Shadow Work, masculine embodiment, and reconnecting with their inner world.I also close the Dark Masculine mini-series with a personal reflection and a letter to my inner child. In this episode, we explore:• Inner child healing and its role in masculine development• The connection between the “wild boy” and the Dark Masculine• Emotional suppression and how it becomes shadow material• Masculine and feminine energy in inner healing• Fathering and mothering the inner child• Breaking conditioning, shame, and fear• Reclaiming play, curiosity, and emotional depthWhen you reconnect with your inner child, you don’t become less of a man. Porn is often not the root problem, but a symptom of deeper trauma, nervous system dysregulation, and disconnection from the body.In this episode of Bridger of Worlds, I’m joined by McKayan May to explore porn addiction recovery, men’s healing, and masculinity through lived experience, shadow work, archetypal meanings, and emotional truth.Mac shares his early exposure and compulsive use shaped by a strict religious upbringing, where shame and repression distorted his relationship to sexuality. We both reflect on our journey with porn addiction, how it impacted confidence, intimacy, and identity, and how it began to shift through deeper awareness and integration of the masculine and feminine. We explore how porn can act as a distorted outlet for repressed sexual expression, emotional pain, and the lack of real masculine initiation. This includes an important conversation around eros, not as misplaced desire, but as universal charge and aliveness that exists between everything and everyone, including men between men, no matter what the sexual identity. This episode is for men navigating porn addiction recovery, emotional repression, religious trauma, sexual energy, and masculine embodiment, and for those ready to rebuild a grounded relationship with intimacy and their own body.In this episode, we explore:Porn addiction and its roots in trauma and nervous system dysregulationShame, repression, and religious conditioning in menMasculinity, intimacy, and distorted expectations from pornographyShadow Work and repressed desireHow having feminine energy awareness supports menWilderness initiation and rites of passage for masculinityHealthy warrior energy and why holding space for it mattersHomoerotic energy, brotherhood, and male connectionSexual energy, embodiment, and conscious intimacyMasculine archetypes of the Tarot (Hermit and Emperor)Reclaiming masculinity through emotional integrationHealing porn addiction begins when you face what is underneath it.
