Welcome to the final episode of our end-of-year series! I am wrapping up our conversation on self-recovery and boundaries by offering a framework for leaving 2025 behind and crafting a intentional, liberated blueprint for 2026.

The steps are:

Honor the release that needs to happen
Your goals don't need to be about fixing your perceived flaws or being hypercritical of yourself. Think about setting intentions instead
Be sure to include community building in your plans for 2026
