I found an amazing clip that Greg Berge (@GregBerge) posted where NFL head coach Sean McVay shares some amazing thoughts about people having accountability and how it hits differently when it’s rooted in love for the people you have around you. This is not just for a sports team - it’s for life!! Recently I’ve been reminded about this fact and I know that I need to continue to work hard to keep being my best, to do my best in all that I do and to keep improving each and every day I have! Imagine having a drive to just keep getting better each and every day.
