I found a great reminder and it’s really easy to picture this in my mind. It comes from Mindful Maven (@mindfulmaven_) where this true reminder is shared: “Rivers never go in reverse. So try to live like a river. Forget your past and focus on your future. Always be positive.” Powerful picture for us to follow. It helps me to remember that like water in a river, life is always moving forward. We can’t go backwards…. Only in our minds can we do that. The lessons we carry are HUGE for learning and growing.
