Have you ever had one of those days where you cry ugly tears? You're confronted by that person who's seen you at your worst and still loves you. Do you know that Jesus can sympathize with you? He's willing to rejoice with you when you have your highest of Highs, but He's sitting in the mud with you when you're in your deepest of lows. Today Pastor Ben gets to the point of the matter. That God cares deeply about you, and He wants to be the one you run to to wipe away your tears. Here's Pastor Ben in the Book of John Chapter 13, as he begins his message “Taking Care Of His Own.”
It takes a ton of work to become fit. Many actors who play superheroes have to undergo rigorous, even extreme health transformations to eliminate as much body fat as possible, and build up their muscles to superhero proportions. Often on a tight deadline. In today's message Pastor Ben teaches that should you decide to follow in their footsteps, there's one major issue, your biological clock is still ticking. No diet or workout can extend your life into eternity. But there's one other option. Here's Pastor Ben in the Book of John chapter 12, as he continues his message “Walk In The Light.”
We live in an era of great return policies, don't we? There's been quite a few occasions where I've ordered something online and when I've gotten it it's obviously been used before. Whoever had it before got their use out of it, and then got their money back. In today's message Pastor Ben teaches that while that may work with Amazon, it won't work with God. You can't just live your life the way you want, having all the fun you can and then give it over to Jesus after you're through. He wants it, now. Here's Pastor Ben in the Book of John chapter 12, as he begins his message “Walk In The Light.”
It's not too often that I get things for free. But every now and then I get an extra perk added to one of my subscriptions, and no extra cost. It's a great feeling. I get this new feature without paying another dime, because it was already paid for. Today Pastor Ben teaches that we live a wonderful life here on Earth. But we can experience so much more. The best part is that the extra perk is a gift freely given, you just have to accept it. Will you choose to follow Jesus and see what else He has in store? Here's Pastor Banning The Book of John chapter 12, as he continues his message “Jesus And The Gentile Visitors.”
Who's the most famous person you've ever had the chance to meet? Have you ever gotten to take any photos with a major Hollywood star or athlete? Whenever you're in the room with someone of that magnitude you can't help but feel excited. Even if you don't know anything about them. In today's message Pastor Ben teaches that if that's the kind of excitement you feel then, how much more so with Jesus? The best part is that while many celebrities don't have time for everyone, Jesus does. Here's Pastor Ben in the Book of John chapter 12, as he begins his message “Jesus And The Gentile Visitors.”
Our own personal stories are some of our most powerful tools as Christians. Whether we grew up in the church or came to Jesus later in life, we can all relate that we were each one way before Christ, and completely different after. We moved from death to life. Our journeys with Jesus are wonderful pieces of evidence that our God is the true God. Today Pastor Ben will call us to share our stories with everyone in our lives. Because they too are one prayer away from having a complete transformation. Here's Pastor Ben in the Book of John chapter 12, as he continues his message “Jesus Enters The City Of Jerusalem.”
Save now Lord. That should be our prayer every single day. Jesus is with us in all of our struggles, trials, doubts, and worries. As Jesus entered Jerusalem He didn't come as a conquering King, even though He had every authority to do so. Instead He chose a life of humility and sacrifice. To make a way for eternal fellowship between God and us. Today Pastor Ben will encourage us to call out Hosanna, save now Lord. And praise the Lord that He is truly and always, a God who saves. Here's Pastor Ben in the Book of John chapter 12, as he begins his message “Jesus Enters The City Of Jerusalem.”
Judas Iscariot was one of Jesus's 12 disciples. He followed Jesus everywhere. Heard and preached Jesus’ teachings, and was one of Jesus' closest friends. But he didn't truly know God, or have faith in Christ. He was an imposter, a pretender and a fraud. Today Pastor Ben will challenge you with the tragic fact that not everyone who claims to be a Christian has genuine faith. Make sure that you are being filled with truth. Don't settle for a false gospel. Surround yourself with authentic followers of Christ. Here's Pastor Ben in the Book of John chapter 12, as he continues his message “The Anointing At Bethany.”
The price is paid. The work is done. Jesus paid it all and secured salvation for all who believe. But that's the essential part that's up to you. You have to believe. Nobody can have faith in Christ on your behalf. Your parents can't, your spouse can't, your pastor can't, it has to be you. Today Pastor Ben will invite you to examine your heart and evaluate what's keeping you from running to the cross of Jesus. There's nothing to fear anymore, Jesus has paved the road for salvation. Will you believe? Here's Pastor Ben in the Book of John chapter 12, as he begins his message “The Anointing At Bethany.”
Truth isn't always pleasant. Believing that everyone will go to heaven in the end is comforting, but it's not true. Hell is a very real place and it's just not possible to be good enough to reach heaven apart from Jesus. These are hard pills to swallow and thousands of corrupt leaders around the world ignore them all together. Today Pastor Ben will stress the importance of being part of a church that preaches the truth, even though it's hard. The Bible is God's perfect word and it's crucial that we study all of it. Here's Pastor Ben in the Book of John chapter 11, as he continues his message “Good News And Bad News.”
