There's a real ministry when it comes to our relationship with Jesus. The common phrase you've probably heard is “that people ask Jesus into their hearts.” What does this mean? It means that the person of Jesus takes up residence in your body. Which He calls His Temple, and you become one with Him. Sounds a lot like the language the Bible uses to describe the relationship between a husband and wife. The Bible calls Jesus “The bridegroom” and it calls us “The Bride.” This is a beautiful picture of our relationship with Him.
