When we think of the Sabbath we don't often think about rest. Sundays are often filled to the brim with activity. Getting to church, serving, checking the kids in and out, lunch and so on. Where is the rest? But as Pastor Ben says in today's message “God created the Sabbath for man, not the other way around.” Shouldn't that be good news? How many chances in a week do you have to just sit and rest? It may seem impossible, but make sure to set aside time to take a break from work, just like God did.
