Happy 2025! In today's episode, I host my first guest of the New Year -- my dear friend and personal breathwork facilitator, Tina Hines Wrotenbery. Before we get into breathwork and the many benefits its has (ex: reduce stress, anxiety, and find PEACE!), we discuss Tina's road to sobriety and how her life has changed without alcohol.
