Welcome to the Pretty Intense podcast today. On the show is Annalynne McCord. I have been a fan of Annalynne's since she was in the movie "Fired Up". I mean I love that movie. You may have also seen her in 90210, while she’s currently in a show called Power Book 3 Raising Cane, and she also has a new podcast called Unzipped. I mean I really connected with her on the healing and spiritual side of things. She’s been on a real journey for quite a while. We talk a lot about what that process has been like for her. AnnaLynne explains how her dissociative personality disorder, is really a matter of splitting or fractioning off parts of her personality to cope with traumas. We talk about her experiences of sexual trauma. I just honor people that have the strength, courage, confidence and love in their heart to want to share those parts of themselves to help other people.
