Well this has been a year, 2020. As we reach the end of this year, we feel a sense of relief to have survived it. But we also have to take stock of what it has taught us. When we go through hard times, we have to take stock of what we have learned, and how to grow from that painful knowledge. Surely we know, if we do not learn and grow, we repeat the same painful patterns again and again. I have learned a lot this year, and I want to share some of that with you. Maybe some of the pain and growth I have been through is similar to the pain and growth that you have been through. I hope talking about these lessons will be helpful to you. I know that talking about these lessons, thinking about them, sharing them, has been helpful to me.
