Welcome to the Pretty Intense Podcast, Today on the show is Dr. Amen. You may have come across him before. He is helping people understand how to have a healthier brain. He is a psychiatrist, and a specialist in brain function. He has 10 clinics, one of which I recently visited for a brain scan by Dr. Amen. My scan showed the blood flow, the shape of my brain, all dents and damages. Thankfully my brain looks pretty good, but there is always room for improvement. We talked about what it takes to make your brain better. What makes your brain bad. What your brain actually does, and why you need it to be in the best possible health.
