I was Sad. Really, really sad. And I just was doing nothing but watching TV all the time in bed, doing nothing. Cause I could. And I was like, okay, something has to change because you need to drop some music. People gotta forget about you if you don't. You need to do this, you gotta do this. And it was like, oh, but I'm sad, you know? But then I started to stop feeling sorry for myself and like, understood that I was in control of my own destiny. So I was like, okay, I need to get my life together. So that's when I was like, okay, I work best on a schedule. I have adhd. And one of the things that I need to, needed to implement was a schedule. Because my schedule's so sporadic with the lifestyle I live. And one of the things was like, okay, I'll wake up and go to the gym every morning. 7am Go to the gym, start your day. That's what they say in the books, the self help books, you know, like, you want like early starts of your day, get everything out the way. You know what I'm saying? That's what they say when you're entrepreneur. I'm just listening to them. Fortunately, they was correct. Take your vitamins, wake up early, go to the gym. Your life will improve. You'd be. Unfortunately, they're right.

And it, but it sounds so simple. But it's a lot harder than you know.

What it is though, there's something specific to the gym. And I think it's because if you're starting your day doing something for yourself, none of us start the day doing shit for ourselves. Barked by someone else to do something for someone else or make money for another company. For some reason. The gym, not only does it give you endorphins, you start to look better after a while. But on some real shit, you're like, oh, yeah, I did that for me. And it's this selfish thing now where I actually put in my contract at a job that up until 12pm Estate, I'm not taking calls like, I'm gonna be working out within this time frame. You can never put it on my calendar, okay? Unless you ask, like, I have to do this for me. If I don't, I'm gonna get in that rat race cycle.
