You may think HIV affects someone else somewhere else, but the truth is it's impacting our community and some of us are being hit harder than others. Black women make up just 13% of the women in the US yet account for nearly half of new HIV diagnoses amongst women. Taking care of ourselves is community care. Know your options, ask questions and protect your peace and your body. That's using your power. Sponsored by Care for the Culture from Gilead Sciences.

B
Cause what you got going on real bad.
A
By the way.
B
What happened? Oh, I was gonna say. So also just off the top, since people normally do this at the end of the show. No holds barred is coming back to. There we go. Barnes and Noble. There's only a few copies on the shelves right now, like one or two. But now paperback is coming, so if you want to save.
A
Paperback is coming, y'.
B
All. Also, I'm on Kindle Unlimited. I don't think we're on there. But everything. It's better to have a hard copy anyway. And you never know.
A
I mean, a soft copy.
B
I meant hard copy like a good point, a soft copy, but I meant hard copy, like, instead of Kindle, actually. Also want to let y' all know, all the girls that come to trap that love no holds bar. Leave the book and I will sign it. Okay.
A
But they can't leave it. No.
B
Literally go to the front desk and be like, this is for wheezy design.
A
Oh, okay. Period.
B
Leave the book with your name on. I'm a sign a bitch. And then I will virtually have Mandy tell me what she wants to write. And maybe she's writing pussy hoe. Find your power.
A
Pussy asshole. Find your power.
B
I don't know if you noticed while we were signing, find your power is
A
literally what I was writing in all the.
B
I was writing. Love ya.
A
I was writing find your power, period. Anyways, guys, if you want our advice. Want our advice? Yeah. On some bullshit in your life. Send it over to decisionspliedmail.com or become a patron. Because, yes, we are on video. You can see our faces. You can see my bald head ass. You can see Weezy's new highlights over on Patreon. That's patreon.com horribledecisions. All right, Weezy, let's get into this one. Dear Mandy and Weezy, first of all, I just want to say thank you because y' all have gotten me through some late night spirals in questionable decisions. So here I am, bringing my own mess to y'. All.
B
Uh. Oh.
A
All right, Buckle. Here we go. I've been with my boyfriend for three years. Let's call him Jay. We live together. Share bill. Share bills. Have A dog, the whole this could be my husband set up. But here's where it gets messy. Oh, about eight months ago, Girl, about. About eight months ago. Eight months is a long time, bitch.
B
It is.
A
But about eight months ago, Jay started acting weird. Protective over his phone, working late more often. The usual red flags. I confronted him. He denied everything, and I wanted to believe him, so I did. Fast forward to two months ago, bitch. I found out he was cheating. Not just a one time slip up either. It was a whole situation with a co worker, emotional and physical. I was devastated. But somehow I didn't leave. Instead, we decided to work it out. He cried, apologized, blocked her, supposedly started going to therapy. All that. And honestly, since then, he's been doing everything right. More attentive, more present, more communicative. Here's the problem. Around the same time I found out about his cheating, I reconnected with my ex. Let's call him D. And listen.
B
Did he give you D?
A
D is the one that got away. We dated years ago, but the timing was off. The chemistry still very much there. At first it was just talking. Then it turned into flirting. And now we've slept together.
B
Oh, boy.
A
So now I'm sitting here in a relationship where my boyfriend cheated on me first, but is now trying to be a better man. I decided to stay, but I'm now cheating on him. And the man I'm cheating with is someone I have real feelings for. And here's where it gets worse. Dee knows I'm still with Jay, and he's basically like, I'm not waiting forever. He wants me to leave Jay and be with me for real this time. Meanwhile, Jay is talking about proposing. I feel like a terrible person. But I also feel like I never fully processed what Jay did to me. And now I'm out here moving wild, trying to feel that hurt. So my questions are.
B
Oh, girl.
A
First of all, I hate when they ask, am I wrong? Bitch, if you gotta ask if you wrong, you know you wrong. But the first question is, am I dead wrong for doing what I'm doing even though he cheated first? Is it possible I'm just holding on to Jay out of comfort? How do I figure out if I actually want Jay or if I just don't want to start over? Please don't drag me too hard. That must be for you, Weezy. But also, don't spare me if I need it. Love y'.
B
All.
A
Confused, cheating, and completely in over my head. Here's the thing, too.
B
Okay?
A
First off, yes, you're dead ass wrong for Cheating. Y' all know we don't condone cheating. But I want to take this from. Let's ignore J for now because I want to go to D. D is the ex who she believes was the right person. Wrong time.
B
Yeah. What? You what? What? What what? What kind of reasoning you trying to do?
A
I wanted to ask if you've ever been in that position where you started having a new relationship and an ex from the past that you feel like didn't completely, like, end terrible. And if you ever thought that someone was the right person but wrong time.
B
You know why I'm shading you?
A
You could suck my dick from the back. Okay, but I'm curious.
B
Here's the thing, right? Yes, here's the thing. When shit starts fucked up, it ends up. And the thing that's fucked up, unfortunately,
A
is you're starting this again out of cheating.
B
I don't even want to future you, sister, but I'm gonna tell you the worst case scenario in the most likely case, okay, no matter what nigga it is, it'll be bad because you'll be healing from the other one. Let's just say you choose your ex and your ex has a day where you start to realize up it's kind of like what it used to be. And then you're gonna realize, damn, the last nigga was about to propose to me. Be, albeit that you want marriage, right? Then let's just say you stay with the other nigga. You'll always know you cheated. You'll always feel like it'll be easy to do again because you already did it once. You already know he did his shit, and it's this constant cycle of toxic toxicity. Then another scenario is you're with the ex and you start cheating on him with the nigga you was with.
A
Well, that. And that's where I was gonna go. Like, to me, your ex that you're now knows that you're cheating on your partner. So for me, I think even if you were to get with him, especially if he's a monogamous style person, I don't think he's ever going to trust you to not be a cheater, bro. Because you're gonna choose him and he's gonna literally hold it against you.
B
You know what I'm saying?
A
Yeah, I feel like that way too.
B
Like my current partner and I talk. I said that like there's gonna be another one. I'm sorry, but my boyfriend now and I talk a lot about when I cheated on Obey and he be looking at me sometimes like Damn, y', all. I don't know how you. Because I full on told him, like, I would have to use condoms until blah, blah, blah, and like, I told him all my teeth and he really be looking at me like, bitch, you was a hoe. Like, what the fuck? You got this shit in you? Like, not no surface level jezebel that they're talking about online. When I talk about how I cheated, it's so in depth. The lie was so intense. I talk about how, you know, I would prepare to lie and tell my main that my phone was acting up that day, so that when I started acting crazy, I'd be like, oh, my God, my phone. I don't know.
A
Now I actually want to give her the horrible decisions type advice for me. You also mentioned that your boyfriend is in therapy. You didn't say you were in therapy, but just given. You need therapy too. But I wonder if he cheated. If he cheated, was emotional and physical with another woman, you're cheating and am emotional and physical with another person. I would actually maybe advise that you have a discussion of what an ethical, non monogamous relationship could look like. Like, I wonder if maybe this is where. If this man is looking to propose to you. Yes, you both cheated, but maybe the reality is you both aren't monogamous people.
B
Okay, here's the but don't know that. Here's the honest one very awful layer of this.
A
Oh, no, no, no. You can't go to enf. You can't. You can't.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because you cheated. Like, yeah.
A
What?
B
You can't go to ethical non monogamy because the cheating was going on. That doesn't work either. Like, you can't have an ethically non monogamous relationship with either of these niggas because you're.
A
Well, you chose to. You chose to stay with him even though he cheated. But even you, I guess you're saying you also feel terrible now and you haven't processed what your cheating nigga did
B
to you because you both are liars. Not.
A
You're both liars. You're both liars and cheaters.
B
You're both liars and cheaters. So now y' all just go in and say, hey, let's be honest. When we fuck other people, it's not gonna work because you already lied and cheated. So, like, you're all. You're always as terrible as your last sin, right? For example, there's a sin I committed in my relationship where I maybe misled how important someone used to be, right? And so Then I could say something like, oh, me and my homeboy, I ain't seen him in years. Oh really? Because you acted like that about the last. You know what I'm saying? It could be like that.
A
Okay?
B
It's like you're always going to hold each other to the cross about something because you have all of this previous that you've done that was up. This is wheezy. Wtf From Decisions, decisions. You know, a lot of us grew up not fully trusting the healthcare system. And honestly, the system has given us plenty of reasons to feel that way. But now it's time for us to take control of the conversation, to take control of our sexual health, learn the facts, ask questions, and advocate for ourselves. That's how we start changing the story. So let's talk. We like to think HIV is something that affects other people, but it is hitting our own community hard. Black women make up about 13% of women in the US but account for nearly half of all new HIV diagnosis around women. And being proactive doesn't mean you just don't trust your partner. It just means you trust yourself enough to stay in control. So know your options, ask questions and protect your peace and your body. That's real power. Because protecting yourself isn't embarrassing, it's responsible. Sex is normal. Protecting yourself should be normal too. Actually, it's kind of badass. Taking control of your sexual health is grown woman energy. Sponsored by Care for the Culture from Gilead Sciences this summer, find your next obsession on Prime.

B
genuinely think once you cheat on someone, mainly women to men, and it's sexual and emotional, that's the thing.
A
And they both cheated respect. They both cheated physically and emotionally. At this point, I. Here's the thing. I would tell you. If there's any ounce of respect or love for Jay, your man that is also considering proposing that is doing the work to fix his mistake. If you are any ounce of a good person, you gotta stop fucking your ex brother.
B
Like, like, she's too in it now. She won't have you ever. I don't know if you ever been through this. Mandy. Hospital dick broke up with me while I was with old bae, okay? Girl, I was so depressed. I wanted my nigga back, even though I was with my nigga. So we were in Tulum on the beach one day, and I remember it was a full moon and I was like looking at the moon and I was like, bring that in a bag. Rebound nigga was Jason. I was doing all of it, girl. I was just having all the thoughts. And then my man, my real boyfriend, came over to me and was like, what is going on with you? Like, yo, you're not enjoying. You're not locked in. Like, you can't engage in conversation. Like, what the fuck is going on? And I was like, babe, I'm so depressed. Like, work. I didn't know what to do. We had just signed a Black Effect deal too, in 2020, when the fucking network just started. Sh t was cool. N. I was getting a check in the pandemic.
A
I was cool.
B
But at the same time, I was like, I miss my N.
A
And I wonder if this is if he's picking up on any. Like, the same way you said you could tell eight months ago that his behavior was shifting. If you're out here with your ex, you know that there's chemistry there. You're having that sex. I wonder if now your partner is seeing signs or feeling like you're stepping out now too.
B
Dude, cheating is so much fun and so tumultuous.
A
Because like, here you not say, cheating is fun, bro.
B
Here's why cheating is fun. You're there. It's a secret. It's like sometimes the sex even isn't good, but you're just like, oh. Like it's just so like, then you gotta go and you gotta pretend that you didn't do. Like, it's exhausting.
A
But then the way you just described that weezy. No. Can you not make it seem like it's this fun ass roller coaster was
B
like, you have to go then I don't know if anybody ever cheated. And this happened to you because this happened to me. Factual. When I was cheating on my ex boyfriend, I would repeat stories because I couldn't figure out where I said it. For example, you have two podcasts. I have two podcasts. Sometimes when we podcast, we're like, did I tell you about blah, blah, blah. And you're like, oh, no. I told my other co host, my nigga. I would be sitting there. I called my man once because I told my other boyfriend about how I had a promotion. And I was like, oh, my God, baby. And he's like, I know.
A
Huh?
B
What do you mean you know? You told me. And I was like, oh, shit. Or I would sit them down to have serious conversations about something I thought we already addressed, but I really addressed it with my other n. It was terrible. I couldn't keep up. And then I had to make a hybrid nigga. Here's a hybrid nigga.
A
I always say that. This is why I'm not a cheater, because I'm a terrible liar.
B
Oh, it's so bad. It's so bad.
A
Everyone's gonna know everything.
B
So hybrid nigga. Some of my friends couldn't know I was a cheater because cheating is so embarrassing to tell. So when I had to make a hybrid, I would take the stories that was happening in my life from both and morph them into one hybrid.
A
So I'm you easy, huh, you wheezy. Sorry. Just.
B
Oh, no, this is a true story. I'm sorry.
A
Oh, I know it's huh. It's a true story. I know you know how to live this life.
B
So we went out to eat. We went out to eat once and my homegirl did. Dead ass was like, two the. The second boyfriend. Okay, this bitch told me you was trying to teach her how to drive through the city, and she could not get it together. So what was going on? And he was like, teach her how to drive. And I was like, no, girl, that
A
was an old story.
B
That wasn't interest.
A
Oh, yeah. No, no, no, no. First off, you can't lie to your friends about. About and then think that they supposed to keep up with your life. Oh, what is your advice to this To. To this lady?
B
You have to break up with the ex.
A
She gotta break up with both of them.
B
I think you have to break up with the ex to see if you're still invested in the first relationship. And if you find yourself having trouble keeping it together, keeping yourself together, staying engaged in your relationship, and wanting to go back to that, then you gotta dub your main nigga too, and be a whole new good person like I am now.
A
Well, and she did ask that. That was literally the question, like, how do I figure out if I actually want Jay or if I just want to start over? And I agree. I think that you have to absolutely cut ties with your ex for now and let him know that you need to work on this relationship with this person that you've been with. How long did they say they've been together? She didn't say. Oh, three years. She's been with her current boyfriend long enough. Yeah, long enough to see if this is where you want to invest your time. Good luck. Good luck, bitch. But also, I don't condone cheaters or liars and bitch you both. So take it up with the man upstairs. And you need to go talk to the lady. Your cheating boyfriend should not be the only one in therapy trying to be a better person while you out here being a shitty person.
B
Agreed. Anywho, girl r, no hose barred. And that's it. All the things.
A
