what you've got decisions, you've got decision. And I do, too. Apparently. We do too, y'. All. We've been on these calls, just having conversations and shit. I don't know if y' all know, but we are six, seven, eight months away from literally reaching 10 years with this goddamn podcast.
C
It's so crazy to think 10 years.
A
Can't believe I put up with your ass this long.
C
Bitch, can you imagine if I had a 10 year old kid? What? I guess I do.
A
I'm not gonna lie. I don't know if you know this. Outside of being a real ass bitch, this is the longest thing I've ever done in life.
C
Like a job?
A
Like, no, this is longer than, like, elementary school, longer than middle school, longer than high school, longer than college, longer than any job I've ever had. Longer than any nigga I've ever been with. It's just the longest thing I've ever done. And we've done it Weekly for almost 10 years.
C
We never took breaks.
A
No. And what we did, kind of sometimes we was like, bitch, you gonna record that episode by yourself, and I'm gonna record this by myself.
C
That was a barely.
A
But that means we never left y', all, okay? That means we never left y'. All.
C
And it's funny. Cause you niggas complain if a bitch take Christmas off, and I'm like, for fucking nine and a half years, Like, I'm gonna take the fucking spaz out.
A
No, actually, they complain that they don't know the exact week or within 24 hours of the dick being in our mouth. And it's just like, bro, you're still getting the story, though. It's okay if it happened a month ago, Bro, damn, You know, let the dick settle.
C
I actually had a therapy call. I haven't been in therapy a while, but I was just like, one of my friends, uh. Oh, is dating someone that you used to date? No, it's worse. Uh, who's dying. They have six months to live. And he said he doesn't think he'll make it that long. I'll give you the details once we stop recording. But she was basically like, I need you, I need you, I need you. Like, what if he doesn't make it till Christmas and I sit on my therapy call?
A
You ain't got it for her.
C
I know. I just said, this is someone that's very important to me and she would be there for me. But I'm like, damn, I'm going through an exciting time in my life. And like, this nigga's dying, bro.
A
Not you laughing, Wheezy Betty. I'm not saying.
C
I'm just saying, like, yo, like, the energy and the space I need in between it. You know what I'm saying?
A
Oh. Oh, God. Your recharge. It has to be crazy. But, like, yeah. So it's so funny because I just saw a. A reel about friendship and community, and literally, it's saying that you can't build it without sacrifice and compromise.
C
Like, oh, yes, I saw that.
A
You saw that? And I.
C
So it's just building your village means being a villager.
A
Yeah. And it means. It means, like, you're gonna have to do things that you don't want to do that may not align with where you're at at the time of your life that you're in. Clearly, I made a village without villagers because, bitch, when I was going through something, bitches was like, well, but that's
C
how they act, and that's how you get to show. So of course I'm gonna do that for her. Right?
A
And fucking colors then.
C
But any other day, she was like, you know, I kind of just feel bad for calling you with this stuff. I'm like, yo, like, we're gonna be friends forever. There's gonna be someone who loses a parent, and we gotta be there for each other. There's no opportune time for this to happen. Right. And I think what it's kind of taught me through this whole process is how much energy I could spare for people. So, like, this just came up because we talked about people complaining. That was what prompted this. I had a person on IG be like, you seem to complain about when fans do certain things, and da, da, da, da, da. And I was like, damn, y' all don't even know what I'm experiencing when I jump on Instagram or how I come to Instagram to laugh or play and be silly. And I feel like something really heavy is happening. Like, I can't handle things like that. Like, our whore hive is where I like to let go.
A
Yeah.
C
When it starts to feel like a job, which I know that it is, it gets hard. And I think that's, like, where I was really struggling. And I basically told my therapist, like, I don't know how to get on the pod and make a clip about sucking dick and how happy I am this week knowing my homegirl is going to see it and her man is dying.
A
Well, luckily, we're prerecorded, so.
C
What?
A
I'm just saying, technically, you don't. Not this week.
C
Do you know how hard it was to be in Europe while she got this news
A
that's so.
C
Like, I was born in a boat.
A
I'm not going to lie. It sounds like some. Like, I've been, like, watching rom coms. Well, so this isn't funny, but what's. What's the other word? Is it romance? What's the. What's the genre when it's not funny?
C
Dramedy, bitch.
A
No, that still has comedy in it, bitch.
C
Drama.
A
I'm talking about. I'm talking about when it's just, like, sad and sappy drama. Lovey dovey. Like, what's the Notebook?
C
A drama.
A
The Notebook ain't no drama. Let me see. Genre of the Notebook movie. Sorry, y' all. Look at us with our add. Oh, romantic drama, girl.
C
A drama.
A
Okay, so. Okay, so that's what this is giving. Your friend is in a. And it's sad, but it's so, like, nice. She gonna stay with him through the whole time.
C
Not only does she want to stay with him, he's gonna try out chemo and he has to do it in another country. Guess who's volunteered me to go. She's like, I need you to be there. I'm like, huh.
A
Chemo was a long time. I'm confused.
C
Basically, she's gonna visit through half the time. I guess his parents will be there or whatever. She's gonna visit through some of the time, and she wants me to be there. And I'm just like. I don't know how to say no. She's like, I need you. I can't leave him and come back to my room like, and just be sad.
A
Bitch, you have a fiance now. You got. She gotta know you not the single friend. You got a family. I thought about you. You got a family. You could go over there for a weekend.
C
I got a family. Cause of one nigga.
A
You got a family now, bitch.
C
Yo, I ain't gonna hold you. Don't let me get pregnant. Oh, my God, bitch, everything. Oh, the baby.
A
No, you can't get pregnant now, bitch. We just said we gotta. We're about to redo this.
B
No, no, no, no.
C
I can't. I'm not.
A
No.
C
Can I tell you why I'm not getting pregnant?
A
Why?
C
I look good as fuck right now, bitch.
A
Oh, my God. Now, you don't want to ruin the body.
C
This is really fucked up. But I was having a conversation about how selfish I feel like I got to be to my body right now. Every nigga I see that I used to fuck with can't Stop telling me how good I look. Every bitch can't stop being like, what class of trap is it? I'm in the best shape of my life. You think I'm gonna get fat now? Now.
A
But it's to bring a baby into the world.
C
Oh, well, I don't wanna do a mommy makeover. I'm not good at recovery, bitch. That mean I'm gonna get back on them Chinese pills. It's gonna be a tough ride.
A
Oh, my God.
C
Anyway, what other issue is someone having?
A
Well, we do have another update now. Weeeezy. You weren't here here for this letter, by the way, guys, this is the letter that I did, actually, really recently. The Release date was July 8th. Episode title. How do I make him not feel bad for cheating?
C
Ooh.
A
And basically she wrote the letter and was like, well, this question is from Andy. And I felt offended, bitch. Because basically she doubled back to a high school lover and they started sexting, had sex. A couple days later, he said he regretted it because he felt bad that he cheated on his current partner to double back to her. So this is the update after she heard this episode. Just wanted to give an update and clarify. Y' all be wanting to clarify, but we can only go off what you bitches tell us. Okay, Mandy, I didn't mean for it to come off like I thought you were a horrible person or anything. Cause, bitch, I felt offended. I just know you have experience with dealing with things like that.
C
Read.
A
No holds. Bart. I am a grown woman. I have advanced the conversations I had with him, made it seem like they didn't really fuck with each other and were just there for the kids. When a man says he just there for the kids, bitch, it's a lie.
C
Yeah, I believe it's a lie too, by the way.
A
Next sentence is, I know men lie, but I don't want a relationship with you. I just want a consistent friends with benefits. I like having to give the bare minimum and not deal with the other BS that comes with a relationship. I guess you could say I'm insecure about my stomach. At least I have pcos, which makes it almost impossible to get rid of stomach fat.
C
That's true.
A
I basically need to have an eating disorder to get the weight off me. It's easier to talk to the men I do because I have history with them. They knew me when my stomach was smaller and more attractive, and I have really good relationships with them outside of sex. Anyways, the other man I deal with that's married, his wife knows and does nothing. So I'm taking that as she's okay with it. I know I'm a horrible person. I'm not in therapy. I am a very self aware person. So it's kind of pointless. I feel, ooh, girl, you sound like me in my 20s. Pia, he doesn't feel that bad because he reached back out. Granted, I'm pretty sure I was unmedicated when I originally messaged you. Now I don't think about it. I really think it's just a power trip for me. Um. Hmm. Yeah, my, my thoughts on this is you do sound like me in my 20s. You're aware of your insecurity. I think you not wanting to go out and date and find new men that may also just appreciate you because of your own insecurity with your body is something that has to be worked from the inside out because, bitch, these niggas love a gut. You have a problem with your stomach, but there's men that won't have a problem with your stomach. There's men that are aware that we go through different changes with our bodies and that there are hormonal things that affect that. I also think that the fact that you deal with a. A married, married guy who has a wife who knows about you, but because she stayed and hasn't done anything, you're content with that relationship. I do think that you wanting to show up as the bare minimum makes me feel like you don't believe you deserve more.
C
I'll tell you a consistent I wrote
A
about in the book.
C
I have noticed with my friends that don't have the existential perfect body. And this is a hard one to say. They are the women in my life that accept the worst treatment from men.
A
Oh, that's what look at me and my. When I was £230.
C
I know.
A
And that's why I accepted the bare minimum from these niggas. Literally.
C
I feel like they're almost worse than my friends that are single moms and feel like they ain't gonna get a nigga. Something about the way we do ourselves is so effective as to what we think we deserve later. Right. That insecurity is so crippling and it would allow you to be taken down to a level that nobody would even dream of. And so all I could say to you is I just made the comment about my weight and feeling good. I don't wanna get fappy and pregnant. Right. Talking that way can sound fat phobic. It could sound like I don't wanna be that person. Whatever. What I will tell you from owning a gym that I learned ain't a big bitch in there that ain't got a nigga. Ain't a bitch in there who's active and enjoying their body and like doing something for themselves that feels like they can't get a nigga. And I really, truly think it isn't
A
about how we look.
C
It's really what's in your head. We have someone. Like, we have a marker of 250 classes, 500 classes. We've been almost open two years. And I don't have many experiences I could speak to except for this, because I know it has to do with a confidence level. And I'm so close to it now with my work. These bitches is dating like a motherfucker. And one girl that just hit 100 classes recently told me to my face with Breonda y', all, if I wouldn't have started a little workout challenge and seen what it did for me. Because it's not that she isn't big, it's that she sees the difference in herself. She knows she's working towards something. So she's feeling sexy in her clothes. She's feeling like she looks different. And it's like the PCOS is always going to fuck you up. You know what I mean? But high cortisol can be from stress. What does working out do? Stress reliever. I really believe inflammation can decrease the more you remain active. Get endorphins and get yourself feeling sexy. Because this mindset of like, I'm having a power trip because I'm fucking a married nigga and he's attracted to me. Niggas a fucking hole. And I know you look better than a hole in a wall, so fuck him. Like, yeah, a stomach.
A
A stomach. Girl, girl, I do. I, I'm, I'm, you know, glad that you moved on from this other guy that felt bad for cheating with you. Um, but yeah, I, I would say we got another six months left in, in 20, 26. You need to work on yourself and leave these niggas alone. You need to start loving yourself and
C
you need to start buying clothes that make you feel sexy.
A
Yeah, if you keep wearing body suits
C
and high waisted pants, we still see the stomach. So if you feel like your stomach is popping out in certain shit. Bitch, wear shit. It makes you dress sexy.
A
Dress that makes you feel sexy. Like, I agree.
C
I'm really tired of the trope that, like, we look fat and everything. No, the fuck we don't.
A
And don't.
B
Yo, I was scrolling through the sprite Living Track List the other day and immediately started arguing with myself. It was wild because records like California Love Still Not a Player and Back Then are so much more than words and songs. They're moments, they're memories, they're snapshots of where hip hop was and where it's going. That's what Sprite gets. They spent over 40 years celebrating artists who defined the culture and now they're turning the conversation over to the fans. And if you're like me, the real fun is getting into the why. Why did this song matter? Why did this line hit? Why did it change hip hop forever? Now, I can't promise you any answers, but with Sprite you have a good time figuring it out. Check out the full Sprite Living track list and break down the stories behind your favorite bars. And at livingtracklist genius. Com, this is the Sprite Living Track List. Obey your thirst.

I showed Alex, my business partner, a photo with me 30 pounds heavier and he was like, oh, when was this, cuz? I never saw you look like this. I'm like, yeah nigga, I'm showing you me in a bathing suit. I would never post this, like when I got pregnant. For those of you that read no holds barred because I guess as a spoiler alert. For those of you who didn't read it, but because I had a miscarriage, the HGC hormone, like getting a dnc look all of that up. But like, I basically, my body almost still thought it was pregnant. Like it was hella weird and like my face was blowing up, my feet were getting swollen. Like I was looking pregnant for a little too long. And getting that weight off was super difficult even though it wasn't a long pregnancy. It's. It's weird. But what I can say from that experience is that I was hiding it. There's been an episode or two on decisions decisions where people thought I was pregnant maybe because my face look a little swollen, but I was hiding it. And I was hiding it well. And I think it's because I thought, all right, I got to figure out what I can wear. It makes me feel like me. Until this version of me is reinvented, you know, skinny isn't gonna be the goal. It's just gonna be feeling sexy.
A
But I. And that's. I wanted to add to that too. Like, I think you settling with knowing that you're fine with being in this just friends with benefits or side chick situation because of your insecurity, because, you know, are willing to accept the bare minimum. But you also saying that you want guys that knew you when you were quote unquote attractive. It just I want you to do the work. And the fact that you even said, you know, at the end of that, I'm not in therapy. I am a very self aware person. So it's kind of pointless now. You could be self aware of your insecurities. The therapist is now there to help you work through that. Like, I think it's. You're in a very unhealthy state of just living in bare minimumness, and that's whack. Especially when it comes to these niggas, because these niggas is in just undeserving. They're undeserving.
C
I want to give some unofficial, unofficial medical advice for a client of ours that had PCOS and was able to lose weight. I mentioned the thing with cortisol because I learned about how you really can't get rid of the stomach fat with PCOS because of the high stress. So she took well?
A
Nah, because fucking. I did an episode with Keke from Cocktails and baby, she is snatch ton. Like, there's. There's a lot of foods that you're supposed to stay away from. There's. There are things that you could take to adjust your hormones.
C
Literally. We have to learn it. Okay, so this thing, look into metformin. It's called metformin. And a client of ours was taking this and basically used it to manage PCOS symptoms. It might be a weight loss drug. I'm not sure it lowers blood sugar, but like, it really helped her with her pcos. Getting more sleep, you got to at least get seven hours. That's a big one. And for the food, basically, like, you get insulin spikes with pcos, which keeps the weight gain. So you got to make sure you stabilize the blood sugar. So you got to eat high fiber diets, like at the end of the day, because I have endometriosis, not pcos. But like, I really chalked up having a stomach for that shit, bitch. I really did. And I ain't saying that it. It's not that it can't go away, but like, sometimes we just are like, we accept our fate, you know? Yeah, I'm always gonna have cramps. I'm just gonna take fucking 500 milligram ibuprofen, fucking 10 times a day. That's where my brain was at. Like, nah, like, live your life, bitch. And when you start living that motherfucker, you gonna get better niggas.
A
I'm not gonna lie. I'm like in a place too where my friends are dating and, you know, they're not getting the results that they want. And where I, yes, can say, niggas ain't shit for my friends, bitch. All my niggas, I don't be. I don't get told no. Like, I gotta. I Got another nigga right now. I don't even wanna see him. And he's like, well, I'll come to. Like, niggas be offering a fly to me. They be, well, where you gonna be? I could meet you, baby. Like, the way that. The way that my confidence has resonated with men not only from the past, but men that I'm meeting currently and, like, just demanding a certain level of treatment is one that I don't think I would have ever thought I was even at one point, deserving of. The way I'm able to be honest and, like, share with them about my other partners and just. I feel fully accepted by my partners and who I am. It, to me, I think, only stems from being a bad bitch. Like, but feeling like a bad bitch bitch. I know so many bad bitches, but
C
stomach, let's be very clear.
A
Some of y' all think I'm ugly, and I'm not. I'm not slim, bitch. I'm still thickums over here, okay? But to me, I'm not everyone's piece of piece of pie, piece of cake, whatever. But my. My confidence when I enter a room, allows me to get any motherfucker I want. Don't believe me? Weasley know what nigga I pulled and can. I'm just saying so.
C
And with no nigga like the one
A
I want, listen, no one can do it. Honestly, every nigga that I've ever wanted is. I have. So I'm like, you know, bro, I
C
got a homegirl that's about. She pushed it 300. Is she on this little rapper?
A
And I was 300. Is she. She tall? She's.
C
She ain't that tall, but she a big girl.
A
She might not be 300, bro. Like, I was big and I was 230. I was a size eight.
C
No, she's not five feet. She's tall enough. Yeah.
A
First off, I'm not five feet, hoe. I'm five two.
C
Okay?
A
But I mean, no, no, no.
C
She's up there. She up here in height, but she posted 300, and she started fucking on his rapper nigga. And basically the next day, because I knew she was going out to a party she was at, called me on the back of a car and went like this. Showed me the driver. She said, never doubt me again, ho. And when you sing that nigga shit, think about me. And I was like, yo, real shit, I know she pulled up to that motherfucking club in Miami. And I know them hoes in A section trying to pull that nigga and she was sexy and she was funny, and he wanted it.
A
I'll be honest, though, too. There's a difference between. And it's what I realized, the difference between my 20s and now. There's also a difference with getting fucked on by a nigga and a nigga treating you well. So I do also for the.
C
Oh, you said who I pulled in, she pulled a nigga. So.
A
No, but this, this, this. This listener is bagging n. They're fucking her. But it's also still bare minimum and she's not getting much else. Like, again, these niggas will fuck a
C
hole in the wall.
A
So a nigga fucking you isn't as much to brag about. If that's all you getting is fucked off.
C
I don't think that's true. If that's what you want. If you wanted to pull a nigga at a club and you got some dick, yeah.
A
But this nigga, all he did was feel guilty for fucking her because he got another bitch and she was like, so. No, the dick ain't all she want. If the. If she mad, the nigga got got
C
in this field, listener, I'm talking about my hunger. I want some deep.
A
Oh, oh, okay. I'm just saying.
C
Stomachs ain't the issue. Girl will claim, you will wife you look at 600 pound life. You don't look like them girls, do you?
A
Or you can watch. What is it the paradise thing we said we got to do for a cinema?
C
Ain't none of them hoes without.
