Clara Amfo is an award-winning broadcaster, podcaster and television presenter best known for her work on BBC Radio 1, where she now presents Future Sounds. Clara has interviewed some of the biggest names in music including Jay-Z, Kendrick Lemar, Sir Elton John, and Billie Eilish who personally requested Clara for her LA Special. On her podcast This City she chats with guests like Louis Theroux, Little Simz and Edward Enninful who share their stories of life in London. Obsessed with all things pop culture and trivia, Clara was crowned the winner of all of her appearances on The Weakest Link, Pointless and The Hitlist.

As Clara is a big goat's cheese fan, Angela prepares Lucas Hollweg’s cherry & quinoa tabbouleh with goat's cheese and Nick mixes a cosmopolitan.
