Is it too good to be true?0:00 Introduction: The truth about V Shred 1:45 Understanding weight loss 2:42 Why is it harder for some people to lose weight? 5:25 It’s not just about weight loss 6:25 The best diet for weight loss 7:10 Learn more about how to do keto! You’ve probably seen advertisements offering a program that can help you burn fat and get shredded without doing keto, paleo, or even exercise. This diet only requires you to cut out added sugar and processed foods. But is this program too good to be true? The short answer: for most people, yes.Fat burning and weight loss are about what you eat and when you eat. It’s really tied to insulin. If you lower your insulin, your body can stop storing fat and will start burning fat. The lower your carbohydrates, the more fat you’re going to burn. It’s harder for some people to lose weight than others because they have insulin resistance. Some people can lose weight by only reducing their carbs because they don’t have insulin resistance. But this is rare.About 70% of the population has insulin resistance. The two main things that increase insulin are carbs and frequent eating. The more insulin resistance you have, the more you have to reduce your carbs and do intermittent fasting. The problem with the V Shred program is that it focuses on a very small percentage of the population that can lose weight by reducing junk foods and processed sugar. The majority of people will need to at least do fasting to experience results. It’s also important to remember that it’s not just about weight loss. It’s about getting healthy and looking good as you lose weight. I believe the best way to get healthy and lose weight is to get on the Healthy Keto® diet (lower your carbs and increase the quality of your food), do intermittent fasting, and do the right exercise.Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 58, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. The brain accumulates the most microplastics out of all the organs in the body. Today, I’m going to tell you how to detox microplastics from the body to reduce the dangerous effects of microplastics on your health.Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: How to detox microplastics from the body 0:20 Microplastics and forever chemicals 0:45 Plastic recycling 2:10 How to detox microplastics 3:36 More tips to reduce microplastics Did you know that the brain accumulates 7 to 30 times more microplastics than the liver and the kidneys? In this video, I’m going to tell you how to detox microplastics and forever chemicals that can wreak havoc on your health. Forever chemicals can bind with proteins in your blood, creating problems as they bioaccumulate in the body over time. One report found that the average person has 7 grams of plastic in their brain! Plastic recycling is a scam! Only 9% of plastic can actually be recycled, and the majority sinks to the bottom of the ocean. Scientists are working to develop microbes, fungi, and enzymes that can eat plastic, but until those are developed, there are only two things you can do to detoxify your body of microplastics. First, avoid plastic! High-quality deep sleep is vital to detox microplastics from the brain. Inducing autophagy can also detox microplastics. Fasting for at least 18 hours is one of the best ways to induce autophagy. Plastics and forever chemicals create oxidative stress in the body, which can be countered with strong antioxidant systems. Foods high in sulfur, such as garlic, onions, and cruciferous vegetables, can help strengthen your body’s antioxidant networks. NAC and milk thistle are great for detoxification. Try these tips to reduce microplastics: •Use a water filter •Eliminate plastic cutting boards •Avoid dishwasher pods •Switch to biodegradable coffee filters •Use sea salt from an ancient seabed •Choose natural tea bags without plastic •Avoid plastic baby bottles •Use a stainless steel water bottle •Use plastic-free sponges •Avoid canned food and liquids •Use bamboo toothbrushes •Avoid Teflon •Use glass Tupperware •Avoid plastic dental floss •Use 100% organic cotton tampons Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 59, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. What would happen if you used rice water on your hair for 2 weeks? Rice water for hair is an ancient secret used in Asia for centuries. Could rice water be the key to hair growth, stronger hair, and a healthier scalp? Find out in this video.Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Rice water for hair 1:23 Fermented rice water benefits 2:50 How to make rice water for hair 4:31 How to use rice water for hair 5:03 Share your rice water hair growth results down below! Today, we’re going to talk about using rice water for hair growth. Fermented rice water is the best rice water for your hair. It takes 48 hours to make probiotic rice water! Rice water contains B vitamins and amino acids essential for the hair. Fermented rice water contains pitera, a byproduct of fermentation often used in skin care. Pitera helps brighten the hair and also helps with dandruff and itchiness. Fermented rice water contains lactic acid, which decreases dullness and frizziness. It also contains magnesium and selenium. Fermented rice water increases nitric oxide, which helps bring oxygen to the hair's root. To make fermented rice water, combine 2 cups of organic rice in a bowl with 4 cups of water. Massage the rice with water and drain. Add 2 cups of water to the wet rice and allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for 2 hours. Strain the liquid into a glass jar and cover lightly. After 48 hours, cover your fermented rice water with a lid and store it in the refrigerator. The cold temperature will slow down bacterial growth. To use fermented rice water for your hair, apply it to your hair and scalp, leave it on for 20 minutes, and then rinse. Do this twice per week for hair growth and healthier hair. Fermented rice water helps repair the hair and puts beneficial microbes back into the hair. It can also be used on your face! You could be consuming the world’s most dangerous carbohydrate without even realizing it. This hidden carb spikes your blood sugar, even more than actual sugar. Find out about the #1 most dangerous carb in this video.Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: The #1 most dangerous carb in the world 1:58 What is the worst carbohydrate? 2:20 What is starch? 5:20 Refined carbohydrates and chronic disease 6:08 Hidden sugar foods 8:31 Food vs. ultra-processed foods It’s no secret that ultra-processed carbs can take a serious toll on your health. Consuming this dangerous carbohydrate can have the following side effects: •Development of type 2 diabetes and a fatty liver •Insulin resistance •Visceral fat •Feeds pathogens in the gut •Inflammation •Increased LDL cholesterol Products containing this ingredient can be marketed as zero sugar, even though it quickly turns to sugar in the blood. It’s incredibly cheap, at about 20 cents per pound, and has no health benefits. It’s used as a filler, and the average person consumes between 60 and 250 pounds per year. You can find this ingredient in gluten-free foods, baby formulas, baked goods, and other refined foods. Surprisingly, many athletes also consume this product. The carb we’re talking about is industrial starch, such as modified food starch, corn starch, and maltodextrin. Starch is a string of glucose molecules. When a starch is modified in a lab, its bonds become very weak and fragile, causing it to turn into sugar very quickly in the body. Industrial starches are processed with chemicals such as sodium trimetaphosphate, vinyl acetate, bleach, and octenyl succinic anhydride. These chemicals are considered GRAS (generally recognized as safe), but they are self-regulated. Industrial starches are directly responsible for the complications associated with type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s, brain plaquing, and fibrosis of the liver. People rarely consume starch alone. Most junk foods are composed of starches, seed oils, and sugar. Consuming starch with seed oils is a deadly combination! Hidden sugars are also consumed in much higher quantities than actual sugar. Food is defined as “that which is eaten to sustain life, to promote the growth and repair of tissues.” By this definition, starch is not food! Have you tried everything to fix your plantar fasciitis, but you’re still experiencing foot pain? In this video, I’ll show you how to fix plantar fasciitis with one simple plantar fasciitis stretch. Find out how to get foot pain relief at home!Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: How to fix plantar fasciitis 0:35 Plantar fasciitis pain 0:51 Plantar fasciitis stretches 1:43 Low-carb diet for plantar fasciitis pain 1:57 The best plantar fasciitis remedy 5:03 Plantar fasciitis pain relief testimonials Videos on Healthy Keto and Intermittent Fasting: ▶️ • Dr. Berg's Healthy Keto® Diet Plan - Inter... ▶️ • Dr. Berg's Guide to Healthy Keto® Eating: ... If the bottom of your foot is inflamed, you don't want to stretch it! Stretching the calf or massaging the bottom of the foot can make plantar fasciitis pain worse. Before you perform this plantar fasciitis stretch, rate your pain on a scale of 1 to 10 when putting pressure on your foot. To perform the stretch, sit down and bend your toes downward. This shouldn’t hurt! This exercise stretches the opposite muscles and fascia. After performing this stretch, rerate your foot pain. Another surprising solution for plantar fasciitis is a low-carb diet combined with intermittent fasting. Inflammation that can cause plantar fasciitis occurs when your carbs are too high. The root cause of plantar fasciitis is too much calcium. Magnesium controls calcium in the body and can get rid of excess calcium. Cramps and plantar fasciitis are common signs of a magnesium deficiency. Try taking 400 mg of magnesium glycinate each day to combat plantar fasciitis. Vitamin D helps with many calcium-related issues and has potent anti-inflammatory effects. Consider taking 20,000 IU of vitamin D daily for plantar fasciitis pain. Magnesium won’t work well without vitamin D and vice versa. If you take too much vitamin D without magnesium, you’ll end up with a magnesium deficiency. Vitamin D deficiency can contribute to plantar fasciitis, but you may also notice other problems, such as lower back pain, decreased immune function, and muscle achiness. Always take vitamin D with vitamin K2, which helps remove calcium from the soft tissues. Do these plantar fasciitis stretches several times daily until your foot and heel pain goes away. Vitamin D, K2, and magnesium combined with keto and intermittent fasting may significantly reduce plantar fasciitis pain in the long term. --- Learn more about your ad choices. This transition should be done gradually and with the help of a doctor.ADD, or ADHD, has nothing to do with someone’s intelligence—we’re talking about a lack of attention and, in some cases, hyperactivity. Many different things can play into someone having problems with attention, like overstimulation or difficulty in school. There is also a physical component involved when someone has ADD or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The brain hogs energy, and it takes a lot of energy in the brain for someone to pay attention to something. If your brain is tired, you won’t be able to concentrate for very long.Running your brain on ketones can give you energy. Ketones are a cleaner, more efficient fuel source for the brain. The way to feed your brain ketones is to lower your carbohydrates.Cutting grains out of your diet is essential. Gluten can affect your gut, which could then affect your brain, leading to brain fog. Here are a few more things that can affect your brain and may cause a short attention span: • Allergies • Lack of sleep • Too much caffeine • Nutrient deficienciesThe best ways to improve your attention naturally: 1. You can be insulin resistant for 15-20 years before you develop diabetes! Chronic sugar consumption can lead to insulin resistance, but seed oils can be equally problematic. Seed oils cause damage to the cell membranes (which contain insulin receptors) and damage to the mitochondria. There is evidence that unsaturated fatty acids can reduce the risk of diabetes, but this is not the case with rancid, oxidized seed oils. These highly refined seed oils are full of toxic byproducts such as aldehydes, which create irreversible damage in the insulin receptor. The average person consumes 25%-30% of their calories from seed oils. You can have high insulin and normal blood sugar for many years. Over time, this overworks the pancreas, causing the beta cells that produce insulin to become overworked and eventually stop producing insulin, leaving the body without a mechanism to regulate blood sugar levels. Normal blood sugar should be around 80, which is equivalent to a single teaspoon of sugar in the blood, even though the average person consumes 81 to 131 teaspoons of sugar every day! If you have diabetes or you want to avoid it, avoid these foods: 1. Fast food fries and fried chicken 2. Deep-fried restaurant foods 3. Chips/crisps/corn chips 4. Doughnuts and pastries 5. Sweetened drinks 6. Frozen breaded foods 7. Commercial salad dressing and mayo 8. Instant noodles 9. Granola/protein bars and cookies 10. What would happen to your body if you were put on 48 different medications? This is the average number of medications a person takes in an assisted living home in the United States. Hal Cranmer, owner of A Paradise for Parents, and Claud Covaci, CEO of Synkwise, weigh in on the true cost of healthcare.Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Welcome, Hal Cranmer and Claud Covaci! 2:00 Hal’s protocol in his assisted living homes 3:48 Dementia in assisted living homes 6:13 The truth about medication vs. food 7:22 Healthcare encourages medication 8:54 Raising awareness 11:15 What do you think about this problem? DATA: https://aparadiseforparents.com/ Please join me in welcoming Hal Cranmer and Claud Covaci! Claud is the CEO of a software company that manages the medications people take in assisted living homes. In a sampling of 100 residents, the average resident is on 48 medications. Some residents were even taking up to 91 medications! This isn’t healthcare. In Hal’s assisted living homes, he implements programs to help people get off their medications. Many of his residents have seen a 50% decrease in medication usage. Hal focuses on diet and doesn't serve ultra-processed foods in his facilities. Dementia is the top problem in assisted living homes and is extremely expensive, costing an average of $800,000 to $1.5 million per person. Hal explains that dementia starts in your 30s and 40s, so it’s a very difficult condition to reverse. Under Hal’s protocol, he has seen improvement, even in people with dementia. The US healthcare system is focused on medicine, not food, but food is the most significant contributor to your health! Medications treat the side effects of junk food consumption, and the side effects of medications are then treated with more medication. The ultimate goal should be to decrease medications, get people off them, and hopefully help them regain independence. The current healthcare model does not support these goals. One record for a single patient shows they’re on medication for high blood pressure, cholesterol, tremors, blood clots, stool softeners, antidepressants, seizures, insulin, schizophrenia, runny nose, nausea, prostate enlargement, and more. This is insane! Failing to address the diet before prescribing these medications misses the root cause of the problems.
