این مدیتیشن کوتاه نشان میدهد که تنها با چند دقیقه تمرین آگاهانه میتوان از استرس و آشفتگی ذهن فاصله گرفت و به آرامش، حضور در لحظه و هماهنگی بین قلب و مغز رسید.در آغاز، از شما خواسته میشود چشمان خود را ببندید و یک یا هر دو دست را روی مرکز سینه، روی قلب، قرار دهید. گرمای دست خود را احساس کنید و توجهتان را کاملاً به قلب معطوف سازید.سپس تصور کنید که نفس از قلب وارد و خارج میشود؛ انگار دریچه کوچکی روی قلب وجود دارد و هوا از همان نقطه عبور میکند. تنفس با ریتمی آرام انجام میشود:پنج ثانیه دمپنج ثانیه بازدمنیازی نیست تنفس کامل یا بینقص باشد؛ فقط کافی است توجه روی قلب باقی بماند.در ادامه، مدیتیشن شما را دعوت میکند تا تمام اتفاقات روز، نگرانیها و کارهایی را که هنوز انجام ندادهاید، رها کنید. در این لحظه، تنها چیزی که وجود دارد نفس، ضربان قلب و اکنون است.پیام اصلی این بخش این است که:اکنون در امنیت هستید.هیچ مشکلی لازم نیست همین حالا حل شود.هیچ چیز به توجه فوری شما نیاز ندارد.فقط کافی است در این لحظه حضور داشته باشید.با ادامه تنفس از طریق قلب، احساس سکون، آرامش و امنیت درون شما عمیقتر میشود. این حالت، همان همآهنگی یا Coherence است؛ وضعیتی که در آن قلب، مغز و بدن در یک ریتم هماهنگ عمل میکنند و ذهن آرامتر، شفافتر و متعادلتر میشود.در پایان، از شما خواسته میشود یک نفس عمیق دیگر از قلب بکشید، احساس قدردانی و آرامش کنید و به خود یادآوری کنید:«تو خوب هستی.»«در عرض پنج دقیقه به خانه واقعی خود، یعنی درونت، بازگشتی.»«قلبت این احساس را به خاطر خواهد سپرد.»در نهایت، چشمان خود را بهآرامی باز کنید و این تمرین را هر روز انجام دهید، زیرا تنها پنج دقیقه زمان لازم است تا دوباره به لحظه حال بازگردید و به هماهنگی میان قلب، ذهن و بدن دست یابید.آرامش واقعی از بیرون نمیآید؛ بلکه زمانی شکل میگیرد که توجه خود را از افکار پراکنده به قلب و تنفس منتقل کنیم. تنها با چند دقیقه تنفس آگاهانه از ناحیه قلب، میتوان استرس را کاهش داد، در لحظه حال حضور یافت و احساس امنیت، تعادل و آرامش عمیقتری را تجربه کرد.

"Dust off your mirror" is a common phrase in meditation and mindfulness practices. It refers to clearing away the mental clutter and distractions that obscure our vision and prevents us from seeing things clearly.The idea behind "dusting off your mirror" is that our minds are like mirrors that reflect our experiences and perceptions of the world around us. When our minds are cluttered with thoughts, worries, and distractions, it becomes difficult to see things clearly, just like a dusty mirror.In meditation, we can practice "dusting off our mirror" by sitting still and focusing on our breath. As we breathe in and out, we can begin to quiet the mental chatter and distractions that fill our minds, allowing us to see things more clearly and with greater insight.By "dusting off our mirror" regularly through meditation practice, we can develop greater awareness and understanding of our thoughts, emotions, and experiences. As a result, we can cultivate a sense of inner peace and groundedness, which can help us to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and clarity.Overall, "dusting off your mirror" is a powerful metaphor for the process of meditation and the benefits that can come from regular practice. It reminds us to take the time to clear our minds of clutter and distractions, allowing us to see things more clearly and live more fully in the present moment.Challenge your assumptions, practice empathy, and engage in new experiences to change your vision and see things in a new light. Try to see things from different angles and consider other people’s perspectives, develop a deeper understanding of others’ experiences and perspectives, and try new experiences to expand your vision.Mindful meditation can help you develop awareness, reduce stress, and increase empathy. By paying attention to the present moment without judgment, you can notice patterns in your thinking and gain a new perspective. Reducing stress levels can help you see things more clearly.
