بعضی روزها… مکث می‌کنیم
و آرام از خود می‌پرسیم…
چگونه به اینجا رسیدم؟

نه با قضاوت—
بلکه با کنجکاوی.

این مدیتیشن فضایی آرام است
برای تأمل، برای نفس کشیدن،
و برای دوباره پیوند خوردن
با مسیری که تو را به این لحظه رسانده است.

هر قدم، هر پیچ، هر ندانستن…
تو را به اینجا آورده است.

پس به جای مقاومت،
فقط با آن بنشین.

نفس بکش…
و بگذار پاسخ
آهسته در درونت آشکار شود

یک دمِ آرام بگیر…
و به نرمی بازدم کن.

بگذار پرسش شکل بگیرد—
چگونه به اینجا رسیدم؟

نیازی به جستجوی پاسخ نیست.

فقط آنچه می‌آید را ببین…
افکار، احساسات، خاطره‌ها.

بگذار مثل ابرها عبور کنند.

دم…
بازدم…

تو اکنون اینجایی.

Breathe…
and allow the answer to unfold softly within you.

Take a slow breath in…
and gently breathe out.

Let the question arise—
How did I get here?

No need to search for answers.
Just notice what comes…
thoughts, feelings, memories.

Let them pass like clouds.

Inhale…
Exhale…

You are here now.
And this moment… is enough.
