She earned degrees and trained at UC Berkeley, and Columbia University with postgraduate certification from the Association for Spirituality and Psychotherapy in New York City. She works with women who self-identify as perfectionists

Katherine has a beautiful view of perfectionism and how that she also shares in her book The Perfectionist’s Guide to Losing Control.
