What I love most about Jessica’s story is that she didn’t allow her struggles to define her — she used them as fuel to create something meaningful. Through her healing journey, she discovered yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and holistic wellness practices that helped her reconnect with herself emotionally, mentally, and physically. That journey eventually led her to create the Life Force Center, a space dedicated to helping others heal from the inside out.
