We live in the most connected, most inspired, most information-rich time in human history — and somehow, a lot of us are struggling to answer a very simple question: What do I actually think?

In this solo episode, I'm exploring what I've been calling "external noise" — the constant stream of opinions, aesthetics, expert takes, and algorithm-fed content that shapes our preferences before we've had a chance to form our own. It started with a moment standing in my closet, unable to figure out what felt like me. But it quickly became about something much bigger: whether we've slowly lost confidence in our own point of view.

This isn't an anti-social media episode. It's a conversation about discernment — the practice of being influenced without being consumed, and building a strong enough sense of self that the world adds to you instead of defining you.
