Happy Best Day Ever! This week, I’m fresh off a spontaneous 5Kand what surprised me most wasn’t the physical challenge… it was everything leading up to it.

The overthinking. The nerves. The stepping outside my routine. The mental chatter of “Can I really do this?” Even though it’s something I basically do every week- it was still a challenge for me.

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain and reminding you that no matter how experienced or consistent you are, growth still requires discomfort.
