I am excited to share with you reflections, lessons I’ve learned, and habits I’ve continued in as I’ve just had another Birthday. I realize I said in the show that they are reflections from my 31st year and my husband ever so kindly corrected me that it would be my 32nd year (ha!). Either way, I look forward to connecting you and sharing some real life takeaways. I think Birthdays are a great time to reflect on the last year and bc it can offer you an opportunity to gain so much gratitude for all you’ve experienced, and what you can learn from the last year.
