(v.8); Mount Moriah- "Mt. of Myrrh" (2 Chron 3:1). ® Isaac's life spared - Abraham passes the faith test! God provides a substitute sacrifice "instead of his son." (v.13; John 1:29; Isa 53:4-6; 2 Cor 5:21) ® "in your offspring all the nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice."
