Hi parents,

Inside today’s episode we are talking all about introducing cow’s milk into your little’s diet. There are a lot of the specifics on when to do the transition, what kind of milk to use, and how much milk to give, and I know you already have a lot on your plate. However, I am passionate about this being an important topic for your child’s health and so I believe this episode is worth a listen.
